Kurt puts the professional in professional training! He very quickly zeroed in on and corrected my lifting techniques and the source of my shoulder pain. Added bonus-he offers PT for injuries! He is a coach through and through and strives to educate as well as motivate. 3 months in I am much more confident with my lifting skills and feeling great with my shoulder! He is worth the investment to take your current routine up a notch!

We were referred to Kurt after my daughter suffered a shoulder injury playing competitive volleyball. Being a former collegiate soccer player himself, Kurt understands the importance of focusing on the whole athlete. His knowledge base and breadth of techniques helped return my daughter to the court as soon as possible. The studio he works at is so easy to find, the parking is great too. Kurt is wonderful! He is great with teens and adults. I personally see him weekly for PT work on my shoulder. He has a wealth of knowledge and is always eager to share the why behind his methods. I am finding more long term results from his unique approach to PT. Kurt also works with my 14 year old son, he did some PT work with him when he was experiencing tendonitis in his knee and now he sees Kurt once a week for personal training. My son always enjoys the workouts, which are focused on strength and agility to support all of his athletic activities, my son plays football, basketball and baseball. In addition, Kurt has been super helpful educating my 14 year old on what type of workouts and exercises will be most beneficial to him at this stage in his development. I highly recommend Kurt if you are looking for a trainer or physical therapist that is extremely in tune to what is best for your body.

I worked with Kurt for just over a year and only stopped because I moved out of state. Kurt is fantastic! He helped me with my mobility issues and rehabilitated my shoulder to the point where I could do pull-ups for the first time in over a decade (I couldn’t even dead hang with my shoulder beforehand). I had a slight issue with my knees. Pinching and soreness. Kurt diagnosed it as muscular and we started with the program. That was 6 months or more ago. I am playing soccer and working out pain free.
