Chaz is the man!!! I started with him in February & I’m down 86 lbs!!!! He helped me get my fit life back!!! From a value standpoint, it’s the best personal trainer prices in town from a guy that helps with ALL aspects of your fitness journey… workouts, diet, supplements, etc…. My biggest regret is that I didn’t start sooner!!! I STRONGLY recommend Chaz & Reps Fitness!!!

Chaz Coates at REPS Fitness is great! He is knowledgeable, energetic, and has a great spot for his gym. The gym is clean, all the equipment is new, and has everything you need to get into shape. His expertise in personal training is top notch! Even if you don't need a personal trainer, Chaz offers monthly memberships. This is great! Especially for people like me who have some large gym anxiety. It's even perfect for anyone who is tired of waiting for others to get off the machines, or move on from a spot you need in the gym. I highly encourage you to speak with Chaz! Take the first step. You will not regret it!
Also, I just read some of the other reviews from the past. My response is- I've personally had to cancel or reschedule many times. Chaz has been 100% understanding and has worked with me every time!

I've been training with Chaz for almost a year and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Chaz is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun (the music rocks too). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I enjoy working out with Chaz and would recommend him to anyone looking to start working out or to improve their overall fitness.

I had a terrible experience with this trainer. I paid him 900 dollars for 24 sessions. He had the audacity to ask me for 300 dollars more because he said that the agreement was 6 months when I clearly explained to him that I wanted 3 months. We ended up arguing . I contacted the BBB and they contacted him but he never responded. He never returned my money either ! Please beware of this!

REPS Fitness should be called *UNreputable Fitness*.
My husband & I met with Chaz one evening to discuss his plan for us and how he was going to approach things before signing on with him. He had us come in while still working with another client. The meeting was extremely manic due to him trying to talk to us and continue training a client, we didnt get many questions answered.
Despite this, I wanted to give him a try. We agreed to a 2 week trial contract for $250 that would have 3 training sessions per week since we could only do 45 minute sessions and his rate was hourly. Despite showing us a contract on our initial visit, Chaz never presented us with a filled out contract for us to sign. During the 2 week period, Chaz missed 3 of the sessions, meaning we only got 1/2 of what we agreed we paid for.
The evening prior to our last paid session (not counting sessions he missed and needed to make up), my husband messaged Chaz. He told him some of our concerns, and suggested that we use one of our upcoming sessions to discuss how what he was going to do would be different from what we've done in the past and to discuss meal planning etc. This led to him canceling all future sessions, blocking us on platforms, and refusing to refund money for the sessions he missed and didn't make up.
I would advise extereme caution to anyone considering using Chaz Coates or REPS Fitness. He doesn't seem to be a reputable or honest business person.

Chaz is an amazing Fitness coach/trainer I lost 40 pounds going to him and with that i gain alot of muscle during my journey. he'll set you up with workouts that will help you reach your fitness goals and He'll also set you up with a Meal plan and nutrition advice. Another thing I really liked about Chaz is that he is patient and personable He's always there for you when you need him and he is your biggest supporter. So don't wait go see Chaz.
