Nick is amazing to work with, I’m 81 years old but I always feel 10 years younger when I’m working out with him, and he knows what he’s doing. I have full faith in him not to steering me wrong.

Nick is the best. I’ve struggled profoundly with negative relationships with food and exercise, and as I’ve moved forward, I was looking for someone to help me rebuild a relationship with movement, free of obsession with numbers and aesthetics, and rather more focused on functionality, moving well, and being able to feel strong and capable for all the adventures life will take me on. Nick was so receptive to my history and creating a plan to help me achieve my goals. Nick is super encouraging and positive. He truly listens to your personal needs and goals to create a unique individual workout that specifically works the areas that are concerning to you especially if you are recovering from an injury of any kind. Each workout is thought out and planned to work all the muscles that aren’t typically worked. Nick pushes you in a gentle but highly motivational manner to ensure you are getting a good rigorous workout with out straining your injured area or making it worse. I recommend him 100% and trust his expertise on building full body muscles and weight training.

I had 3 knee surgeries in one year and have been training with Nick in my recovery, he researched my specific surgery and has continuously found new ways for me to train when I was hitting some regressions. If you’re looking for someone who is motivating, even in the early mornings, Nick is your man. After going back to work after my first daughter was born, I had very limited time to work out. Early mornings were my only option. Not only was he flexible with my time constraints, he made it easy to get motivated as he is always upbeat with a positive attitude. He’s always in your corner to encourage and support you through your workouts. He makes you feel like you can do anything. He makes things fun while also challenging to get the work out you need. I’d highly recommend Nick to anyone needing a fun and motivation personal trainer to get your fitness on.

I absolutely recommend training with Nick! I’ve been working with him for over 2 years, and recently my husband and I started an early morning workout with him, too. Nick really knows his stuff, and as we’ve worked together it’s clear he tailors each workout to each person, with appropriate long term goals in mind. I saw nick for a few months to get back into the routine of working out! He did an amazing job of meeting me at my fitness level while also gently pushing my body to make gains! I am a retired pulmonary physician with an interest in exercise physiology. Nick has been my trainer since I retired.The average 70 year old man loses 50% of his muscle mass.So when I started my aerobic capacity was fine from walking but my balance and functional strength had deteriorated.My core strength was also poor.Now after 2 years, I am much stronger than when I was 50.I can do 50 pushups bench 120 pounds 10 times and do squats with a 50 pound weight. I was a rundown car that only could do 50 MPH. Now I feel like a Porsche.As I age I want functional upper body and core strength to prevent falls and other maladies of the elderly.Just doing a treadmill or elliptical trainer does not cut it.Thanks to Nick for helping me with my goals, Bruce Schwartz MD

After almost eight years, no two sessions with Nick are ever the same, which is really important to keep me coming back. He has an amazing knack for keeping the sessions both challenging and enjoyable - whether in the gym, the park our house or his studio. He is cognizant of all my abilities and needs and is always coming up with new exercises. He has so many interests and connects so well with clients of all ages and demographics. Do the absolute best favor for yourself and hire Nick as your trainer! I started because I wanted to be held accountable and actually DO the workout I said I was going to do. Now I don't think twice and our sessions are something I actually look forward to.
