Training with Katy is always fun and different. She is always learning and changing her workouts to benefit her clients needs during a particular season of life. I've trained with Katy for years and I think she might know my body better than me! She knows how to push me to do things I don't think I can. The small atmosphere of the gym is a huge plus!

I was absent from the gym for about 2 yrs as I recovered from 4 replacement surgeries (knees and shoulders 😳). Being pretty active in the gym to nothing in the gym was physically and emotionally challenging. So once I healed up I decided I needed a different game plan. This game plan included accountability as well as support. I know enough to lift in the gym but I wanted to focus on functional strength. How to move better and improve my body mechanics. I found that accountability and tons of support at SheStrength! Literally doesn’t matter if you’re a novice or an experienced gym enthusiast, there’s a place for you at SheStrength! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and make sure you’re doing things correctly! I’ve learned so much from Raven, Dustin and Anna. It was kind of scary coming back from my surgeries as I felt like I was completely starting over! Plus just trusting new joints!! I soon realized I was in good hands and so glad I made the leap to return to the gym with a team who absolutely wants to see their clients succeed!

I have been working with Katy as my trainer for about three months. I have always been reluctant to work out because it seems you always feel worse afterwards. I went to Katy on the recommendation of a friend and she has been terrific, She listens to what I say but encourages me to push myself to higher limits. She doesn't follow a set routine but customizes workouts to fit where I am currently. I feel like I am in a better place than I was three months ago and my family agrees. I would highly recommend Katy and SheStrength/HeStrength gym.

Anna is incredible! We first used Anna for my oldest son who is special needs and has many physical challenges including scoliosis and dwarfism. She help him in personal workouts to find exercises that didn’t hurt him and were fun and engaging for him. She always made sure the environment was not overwhelming or overstimulating. I knew when it was time for my young teen son to start learning to work out safely that Anna was the one I would trust to teach him! I know it’s a coaches job to push kids but to be honest, that is not the environment my son learns best in. When he took the kids weight lifting class, Anna made sure he understood the safety issues involved with weight training and he was able to remember what she taught. He loves working out with “the guys”, but he’s only really able to because she taught him how. I’m grateful so for Anna. I recommend her for anyone that is special needs or in sports!!! I know that when the doctor clears me to exercise again, I’m going to go with SheStrength!! Love you Anna!

Anna’s focus on sports specific workouts helps me become noticeably more athletic and stronger. I have been working out with Anna for 5 months. She has helped so much with toning my muscles and the bonus of losing 15 lbs in the process. It's so nice to not have to think about "what should I do today". I work out virtually and love the live instructions in the comfort of my own home. I also like the videos that she posts on the app for each exercise as a reference insuring I use proper form. Her plan helps work all of the muscles throughout the week so you get results.
