I am new to SNAP fitness and the environment is amazing. The 24 hour gym access is the best pro for this gym. I normally work out late and there are not many options in town. I will say this is the best spot to work out.

Called in 2 hours prior to arrange an appointment for a tanning bed. I specified that I wanted a lay down not a standing. The snarky blonde high schooler working the desk who took my call acted abruptly the whole time. Then told me she had me in the standing. I told her I specified I didn't want to do a standing, she said I should be more clear next time and there wasn't anything available. She told me to try again tomorrow. I pay 40$ a month but not to be treated badly by some high schooler who can't even make an appointment properly. I want to speak to management but there didn't seem to be anyone around.

I used your gym today, and I was not impressed. First of all the temp was set at 70 degrees! And so after sweating in the heat, not one clean towel was available!!!
