Smaller gym but has everything a person needs for a good workout. Between 4am-5:30am it’s not crowded and I haven’t had to wait for a machine to open. 1 smith machine and 1 power rack. Not really a good place to do deadlifts if that’s your preference of lifting. For me, it’s nearly perfect though. Happy lifting, my friends.

I became a member about a month ago and I've been coming 3 to 4 times a week. So far I've been loving it! It's the perfect size gym and has everything you need. Very clean. No awkward front desk people you have to talk to just let yourself in with the keycard and workout. It's rarely super crowded and so far all the patrons have been very kind and well mannered. It's a very relaxing place to come.

I have a solid oak water rowing machine that is in brand new condition. I called to see if they were interested in purchasing for a very low price approx. $125. This cost $1,200 new. I was disappointed to not get a call back from them because the rowing machine is in Spring Hill. It is still available. Please reply to this post with an e-mail address if interested. From the photos, the facility does look very nice and perhaps new. I would certainly try it if I lived in Spring Hill.

I've been a member here for about 12 years. It's very convenient & has everything I need. The owner is nice and keeps it clean. Great people work out there and I'm happy to have it in the community!

I am so annoyed I spoke to someone that heard your management kicked out a man with disabilities. I don’t understand how this could happen? Special needs people should be able to go workout or do anything else they want. Have any of you had a disabled family member or friend come on they have rights. This man had a head injury what if your son/ daughter suffered a head injury would you just keep them at home? Wouldn’t you would want them to have all the experiences they could? It might be a little noisily but who cares. Please rethink this horrible decision!

Walked up to the doors just to check it out and was greeted by the owner mike, a very friendly guy that even opened the door and let me look inside. I used to have a membership here when it was snap fitness, I ended up canceling because it did not having good maintenance of the equipment and it not having an actual weight Lifting rack to do squats/bench in. Now the place is insanely clean and has a weight rack to go along with being 24 hours. Great gym, would recommend to anyone in the area!!
