Love the positive atmosphere, and the encouraging staff. The trainers provide great coaching, motivation, and direction. After almost 2 years, I know I always feel better after a session and I'm stronger because of them. Thanks to Lauren, Jasmine, Pam, and Mirena!

I have worked out at The Exercise Coach for about two years and had wonderful trainers. Unfortunately over time I have seen those fantastic trainers less and less with some of those great trainers leaving. The environment has increasingly felt toxic and unwelcoming to the point where I no longer feel comfortable going in and certainly will not pay money to feel the way I do when I work out there. If it has been a while since this review, maybe give them a chance and see if things have changed for the better. For now I cannot recommend The Exercise Coach and would look elsewhere.

This is the best way to get in some strength training! Itβs fast, only 20 minutes two times a week, doesnβt put you into a sweaty state (usually), and will increase your strength exponentially in no time at all. Give it a try! The coaches are great and they will help you reach your goals.

I'm not one who particularly enjoys exercising and I have wasted time and money on my fair share of gym memberships but this 20 minute fast effective of workout is amazing. It's a very peaceful, inviting studio. The temperature is always just right and the people are very friendly making it fun. No hassle, you are out in a Flash. It's in a convenient location. It's hard to have an excuse not to exercise here.

I've had a very positive experience with The Exercise Coach. It's a very controlled way to increase your strength and balance. The trainers are knowledgeable and the equipment is able to track and gradually increase your workout in a way that it would be difficult for a normal trainer to reproduce. I highly recommend you try this.

I love this program! Iβve lost 15 pounds and improved my muscle tone and strength for the first time in many years.
For years, I felt too out of shape and embarrassed to wear certain things. And cardigans to cover the fat was not the answer. I wanted to wear sleeveless dresses, fitted blouses and shorts without embarrassment of flabby arms, back fat and jiggly thighs.
The trainers at The Exercise Coach gave me the precise exercises I needed to accomplish my goals.
I now wear sleeveless dresses because my arms are toned. I can wear fitted blouses without back fat and muffin top. And Iβm wearing shorts and shorts dresses again. This program has been life changing Iβm almost 60 years old and have more strength and stamina than I did at 40.
Thank goodness, my Exercise Coach trainers kept me going! I highly recommend The Exercise Coach and itβs wonderful staff of trainers. I just renewed for another 40 sessions to reach my next set of goals.
