I just dropped in to use the training room for a workout while I'm in town for the holidays. Had all the essentials for a great workout. Love the atmosphere and the industrial look of the gym. Definitely recommend it. "Bubbles" was the staff member I met and she is very kind and joyful.

24 hour access to high end equipment & weights, space so you’re not crowded, nice members & staff, and clean, what more could you be looking for?!? I’ve tried out a few gyms around Wichita and surrounding areas, nothing compares to The Training Room for me. It’s a gym that becomes a home so get in there and take up some space. Make it yours.

I have really enjoyed my experience at The Training Room! The equipment is great and there are plenty of options for any programming needs. The staff is always helpful when needed and willing to help learn best use and options for the equipment/machines.
