My first visit, it was a great relaxing practice and sound bath to mentally prepare for my week. They have a beautiful little shop with a variety of sound bowls, bells for sound healing. Our instructor was so friendly and kind we will absolutely be back!

Iβm beyond grateful for this studio and everything theyβve created. The space is calming, the people are warm and welcoming, and the instructors β especially Sher and Hope β are simply amazing. Their guidance has helped me deepen my practice and find balance both on and off the mat.
Every class feels like a reset for my mind, body, and soul. Iβm so thankful for their kindness, their patience, and the supportive community theyβve built. This studio has become such an important part of my self-care and growth, and I look forward to continuing my journey here.

Still going here when possible. Sher has become not just my yoga instructor; but, a friend. The studio is constantly expanding and becoming its new best self without losing anything of what ive loved about this place.

The instructor here is such a positive and carefree spirit. I went there with Abilitypoint this evening and was very impressed by him. Although I struggle both physically and with my Autism which varies my ability to participate, I still left way more centered and relaxed than I came in as. He made significant efforts in getting to know each of the members of our group and our various needs and sensory triggers. The instructor is also very very patient and approachable. It is very obvious that he loves what he does. Highly recommend Throughbreath Yoga to anyone who needs to take an intentional step towards relaxation and relieving the stress of everyday life.

I have loved every breathwork or meditation session I have experienced at Through Breath. Sher and Hope both create such a welcoming, positive, and engaging environment. What I love most about Through Breath is the sense of community and support. They host community events like monthly potlucks, clothing swaps, and anniversary celebrations that foster a sense of community.
The yoga at Through Breath tends to focus more on connecting to the breath, mindfulness, body awareness, and sensing energy rather than trying to get into particular poses or move through yoga poses quickly. This type of yoga is great for any skill level including beginners and those looking to use yoga as healing/supportive modality for illness. I have been supported in recovering from a severe illness through my regular engagement with the sessions at Through Breath. I highly recommend the sessions and facilitators. They also bring in guest yoga instructors for sound baths, ecstatic dance, and reiki. Check out this amazing community. You will not be disappointed.

I took a kundalini breath class with Hope and a sound bath with Lauren. They are amazing and very talented at what they do! I felt very calm, peaceful, and simply fantastic after each class. I've been to multiple classes at Through Breath and have been practicing yoga for decades. Just this year I started my journey into the world of Kundalini. I was very nervous since chanting can be a little uncomfortable at first. Putting your words out into the world for others to hear and up for "critique". My first classes were with Sher and he supported me with kindness and openess allowing me to start on this path. His decades of knowledge resonate brightly in every class and interaction.
Now I am actively practicing with Hope and the depth of my practice has soared and is taking me to new chapters. I am truly grateful to have a community of seekers to call my home away from home. Thank you Hope & Sher for your dedication and love.

I've been attending classes at Through Breath Yoga for about 2 years, and it's hard to put into words just how much this place means to me. Tyler has been a huge inspiration to me! He is just so present with his community and a really really amazing, fun, authentic teacher. I am a teacher of teachers and he is one of my great teachers. He continues to assist me in tuning in to stillness, my biggest challenge. My meditation practice is really grounding in, after years of struggle, and I am beyond grateful!

Sher is wonderful at creating an inviting space for you to be still and also move your body! Each class is not like the one before, except for the ethereal sound healing. Itβs such a blissful experience to be taught by people with so much knowledge, care, and effort. The moment I was introduced to Kundalini yoga by Sher Randhir(Tyler), I was hooked. I am so grateful for his dedication to the practice, and for his willingness to bring as many individuals as he can into the fold. I have been fortunate to witness a marked change, not only in myself, but him as well. Kundalini helps me calm my racing mind and bring it into focus. A skill which does indeed take practice. It teaches me to be comfortable with discomfort and "through breath" make it through. As a massage therapist, I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

What can I say? There are not enough words to express what Kundalini Yoga is and does. Sher the instructor also known as Tyler is amazing at leading you into a practice that engages your Higher Power (Soul) your body and your mind. Kundalini Yoga is a path to self discovery, self awareness and transformation. The main ingredient is you. Sher believes in offering himself as a student in life and healing as an example of walking the Path. He is authentic in his heart, open with his experience, and generously giving with the knowledge he has gained through his practice of Kundalini Yoga. I encourage those who are ready to test boundaries, recognize resistance, and ease into a deeper connection with yourself to come experience these age old Healing lessons. I am grateful to myself that I took this chance. Sher really is an amazing Yogi. I hope to see you there!
