We understand how absolutely vital the pillars of physical fitness are for staying healthy throughout life. All humans need to be able to perform the same tasks; picking objects up off the ground, squatting to sit, maintaining an elevated heart rate. Unlike the latest fitness craze the principles never go out of style and are sustainable over a lifetime.
No matter whether you are an athlete at heart, busy mom or a grandmother keeping up with the kids there is something for you in our fitness classes. We welcome you to contact us and try out a class anytime!

I feel comfortable and never judged, and always uplifted by others, especially coach Tara. The workouts can be modified to any skill level. Tara goes above and beyond for everyone in the gym day in and day out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town or the Cowley Co area!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This isn’t a gym, it’s a family and I’ve never been so happy to find a place that welcomes all levels of ability. Tara is a wealth of knowledge and keeps the atmosphere fun and casual.

barbells, dogs and tara. what more could you ask for?!?! i love that it’s not about how much weight you can lift or how fast you run it’s about moving your body. all shapes, sizes and ages have a special place here.
