I’ve trained with John for the past 7 months, and the transformation I’ve seen in myself, both physically and mentally, has been immense. John is extremely encouraging, and goes out of his way to set me up for success. It really feels like I have a teammate that is looking out for me, and pushing get better every day. I’d recommend John for any fitness level (I started out as a complete novice and am now confident and strong in the gym). I can’t thank John enough for everything he’s done for me.

I did a month of personal training with 3 Pillars and I am so grateful for everything John taught me!
When I was still in college, I struggled to find time for fitness and establishing a routine. When I graduated, one of my goals was to re-establish the habit of working out. A few months into my journey I started working with John and he was able to give me guidance to meet my personal goals and helped me establish a routine! John taught me the fundamentals of weight training, which is a form of exercise that I did not expect to enjoy so much! The is the first time in a long time that I have looked forward to working out every week!
Since working with 3 Pillars, I have continued to weight train 2x a week and do cardio 3x and that is all thanks to John! I hope to train with him again in the future!

Amandi was one of my first Yoga instructors. I was a little apprehensive about participating in Yoga, however, her warm nature made me feel comfortable. She was very patient and made my experience enjoyable and fun. She encouraged me to go at my own pace. I highly encourage people to connect with her if they have ever thought about taking Yoga and investing in their self care.

I’ve been working with 3 Pillars going on three and a half years next month and it was a decision I wish I had made sooner. Working with John is wonderful! He pushes you and focuses on form to avoid injury. I never dread going to the gym to work this him. I’m in better shape and stronger than I have even been and that is all after having two children. My whole family now sees John! He works with my kids on becoming stronger athletes and my husband sees him to get into better shape. I could not recommend 3P more! Thanks John for all you do.

John is truly amazing! I’ve had so many personal trainers that I’ve tried and failed to start with until I met John and he by far is my favorite. He is extremely down to earth, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping people! I have a ton of issues from just having anxiety and not wanting to go to old injuries from car wrecks and surgeries, John knows exactly how to accommodate and help me through any issue I’m having. I can’t recommend him enough!
