Our view of success is completely related to your actual health and how you feel about yourself! Sometimes all you need is stress relief so you can shed the pressure of the world! They trap you into a contract and make it impossible to cancel when you need to despite telling you at the start that it is always an option. The classes were good when I took them but they definitely kept taking my money after I had contacted them in multiple ways for months to cancel my membership due to the cost. Don't get trapped like I did if life happens and you can't go to the classes anymore for whatever reason.

A Bout Time definitely gave me the kickstart I needed for change. I had steadily been gaining weight over the course of 2 years. To say I was in a rut was an understatement. With the help of a meal plan Donna gave me, and the guidance of many of the trainers, I lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks! It has a great environment and the instructors are consistent with help throughout the classes. Overall, very happy with this gym.

Updated review! I had to take some time off for some personal issues, and was able to get right back into it. I have been back for 6 weeks now after reaching out and having some one-on-one instruction with Stan. He encouraged me to start the 6:00 a.m. due to my schedule, and I'm so grateful he did. Keith is a fantastic instructor, by providing great technique, encouragement, and overall a sense of purpose for the movements. If classes were offered 5 days a week at 6 a.m. , I would be there! I love starting my day this way. 😊

Love our 6 AM instructor Keith- incredibly knowledgeable, great sense of humor and patience with the directionally challenged. He places great emphasis on technique to prevent injury and maximize movement. I have been inactive a long time and was super hesitant about doing this- I am glad I took the chance Keith met me right where I am, and I am really looking forward to where I am going.

I recently took their cardio kickboxing 6 weeks challenge and it was amazing! The instructors were energetic, knowledgeable, and motivating. They really push you to reach your goals and help make sure your techniques are good to prevent injuries. The class gave fun and challenging workouts that combine cardio and kickboxing. I left feeling stronger and more confident, and each day/week I couldn't wait to go back for another class. I would highly recommend a bout time cardio kickboxing to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout.

A Bout Time Fitness is a great Cardio gym! I felt like the trainers really cared and were passionate about helping those in class improve. I joined the 6 week challenge where you are supposed to lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks. Though I did not lose the whole 25, I gained the knowledge of how to lose weight steadily. Its taken a few weeks extra and I am 20 lbs down! The trainers really encouraged me to show up for myself and perservere no matter what. It's more than just a gym. It's a safe space with great community members and trainers that are willing to help you as long as you communicate what you need. In the end I was not able to stay as a regular member but still I would recommend it to others wanting to try it out.

Seems sketchy to me when a business requires you to leave a Google review and check in at their facility on social media 3 times per week for 6 weeks in order to get your $500 down payment back on a 6-week challenge that they advertise as FREE. The person I did the consultation with was friendly and professional, and the facility was small, but nice. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I've been a member for 3 years now. There's just not enough that I can say about this place. It's absolutely wonderful! The instructors are great and always around to help. A Bout Time is more than a gym, it’s a community. I tried kickboxing at Donna’s facility two years ago and have been hooked ever since. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is truly family. The coaches are always there to help and to help you feel comfortable. Class is hard but it is always at your own pace. There is no pressure to be at the level anyone else is. It's great exercise and stress relief. There is no where else is rather be to exercise than here with my fitness family.
