You’d think that with their stated Mon-Thurs 10 am to 7pm staffed hours they’d be bothered to pick up the phone at all so I could let them know I would rather not do the tour and cancel the trial before it even starts but no. I called 6 or 7 times throughout the course of a week and it always go to voicemail. They bother sending text messages that they never got around too responding to if you send something back and all around seems like a pain to stick with when you could just go to the plethora of gyms in the area instead.

Both tanning beds don't work, the gym equipment is mediocre, and the plans are expensive. Now my main complaint is don't join and try to cancel because they will lock you in contract with no cancellations. 0/10 don't recommend, horrible experience.

Save yourself a lot of headache and money. Find a locally owned gym. The equipment hardly ever works properly here and they will take you for every penny they can. There’s no way to reach out for help if you have concerns beyond what the local office can do. The customer service line takes you to the parent company where they will just ultimately refer you back to your local office and nothing will be resolved. Strongly do not recommend this place.

The lady who sign me and my husband up lied the whole time. They charge $18 a month but they don't It's 18 every 2 weeks They charge another charge twice a year for maintenance fee 33.00 charged my husband $33 in January and then another $33 in March. The lady at signed me up on silver sneakers Just put my membership on hold because I was paying regular. Because she didn't know how to do it. They finally got someone that could and knew how. It's an awful place. As much as I pay a month you have to pay extra for the tanning beds. This place is not worth it. There's never no one in there I don't feel safe. They got cameras their employees are never around.

Staff is EXCELLENT (especially Alex). 2 treadmills have been down for at least 6 months along with a couple of TV's. The lady that does the cleaning does a FANTASTIC job. Printer is still out of ink I think.

The website is trash. Don't expect anyone to respond to your emails and good luck finding any pricing details. Called the gym and had to leave a message only to get a response a week later. Went to the gym, and no one was there to assist me with anything. Great business model. How this place stays afloat is unknown.

Fitness facility is adequate, good luck cancelling your service, I cancelled service over a month ago (have fulfilled my contract, membership cannot be cancelled by phone or online, you are forced to go to the gym, show ID and sign a cancelation form when someone is available at their convenience) and have been charged 3 times for the monthly membership since cancelation, no one at the gym ever answers the phone, do not sign up you will never get out! Would NOT recommend! Fast forward to 01.11.23 a reply of "oh just send a certified letter of cancellation" are you kidding? And "we can't find you in our system" funny thing they did not have any trouble finding my credit card to charge me every month for over two years! Last time I checked I live in the same city

Canceling your membership requires a driver’s license, a passport, three credit reports, ten tax returns, a note from your parent or legal guardian, a doctor’s note, a blood sample, dental records, an original birth certificate (no copies), a death certificate, seven generations of your mother’s maiden names, and patents of nobility. Only one person is able to process the cancellation, and his/her office hours are between 3:00 and 3:01 a.m. If you meet all of these requirements, you will still be charged for another 30 days plus a $50 cancellation fee. Am I exaggerating? Yes, but not by much.

I’ve been sending my trainer messages, NO RESPONSE! It makes it VERY DIFFICULT when you’re a AT&T customer and STILL CANNOT call your gym 😡😡. I do not want the manager of the gym contacting me at this point, I’m requesting the owner, or a corporate number from this point forward. This has been the most unprofessional thing I’ve witnessed for a gym. My membership ship name is under Tracy Hanners, from there you can find my contact info!! Thanks

Been a long time member of Anytime. It’s the cleanest gym in the area. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and will answer any question you have. In the midst of Covid, they always ensure they follow Covid guidelines and the members that are there follow guidelines. They even have disposable masks at the front in case you get there and realize you forgot your mask so you don’t have to go all the way back to your car! Even after moving a further distance away from the gym I still kept my membership and drive the extra few miles to go there because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Great equipment,great staff; however, once I ended my membership, money was still taken out of my account. My contract was over and I was on a month to month basis. Decided to stop using this gym due to being so out of the way for my routine and was charged for 3 months after terminating my membership. The first time I tried to cancel they said they required a 30 day notice. Fine, took the additional charge. But it happened several times after I terminated my membership. Ended up having to pay for a stop payment.

Dont compare anytime fitness with planet fitness is like comparing a 50 cal with a 22 cal. The staff there is great , you have showers , very clean, and nobody is gonna be looking at you the whole time I say this because I have been at planet fitness

Very good gym in Kroger Russell shopping center with plenty of parking. Great selection of equipment. Classes are also offered along with excellent trainers. Staff is AWESOME and always willing to help you.

Don't bother joining this gym. A group of 6-8 inconsiderate young "power lifters" come in during peak hours (5:30) and take up both power racks and dead lift areas for 3 hours. They do this on a daily basis. The owners and managers will not do anything about it after numerous complaints from members. This gym had a lot of potential, but management is letting 6-8 members ruin it.

24 hour gym. Not bad on pricing, but more expensive than planet fitness. I'm just starting out on my fitness journey or whatever you might call it and I don't feel intimidated, but it also has appeal to all fitness levels. The trainers are nice and quite helpful if you're there during staffed hours.
