I've been coming to this gym for years and saw different managers come and go and it didn't seem like the place was taken care of well at times. But the manager that's been there for the last couple of years has made this gym like a second home for me. He runs this gym the right way and you can tell he really cares. Steve has really become a good friend.

Super friendly staff. The environment is great for a concentrated workout. Clean machines. I had to cancel my membership early due to a move out of town. They made it quick and painless without any pressure or guilting. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone.

Loved the gym until I moved about 2 years again and was out of the way for me to continue . I went in and talked to several people in management at the time being they were having issues , about me cancelling membership . I thought I had it squared away but I guessed wrong . Come to find out there emails were going to my spam folder so I never seen them . A bill of $300 got sent to a collections business . As in sitting here trying to figure out how to even pay this bill I’m being told it’s out of the gyms hands . As I call the credit collectors mind you I’ve never received an email or call from these people. It seems to be a complete scamming operation. Tons of scamming reviews and fraud eligations. Now I’m stuck with a hit in my credit report and the gym is telling me it is out of there hands instead of just paying what’s owed .! COMPLETE SCAM

I enjoy the convenience of the location, but the music is very repetitive and geared for the younger crowd. When i am there early in the morning, there is never any of that age group there. Can we PLEASE have a variety of music. I know why the majority of the members wear ear buds, because the music selection is awful.

An employee here told me of three packages to choose from. It was a 12 month, 18 month and a 24 month. I went in today to give them a new payment and check on the remainder of my 18 months. They informed me I signed 3 years which was never offered. Watch their bait and switch

My membership transfered from Shelbyville....which is an amazing gym. However, the Mt Washington location has a new owner that will not return calls or show up to work. This location altered my written contract and has placed it at infinite membership, with bank withdrawals. Which was never authorized. Poor way to do business.

They try to tell you that you can cancel if you move but then never say if there is a club within 25 miles of your new home and now stuck in a 3 year contract. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

It went from a nice small gym to a never staffed, overpacked, dirty, and non function gym. Not worth the money and its an even bigger hassle to cancel than it is traveling to a new country

Since the new ownership (out of Texas owns over 200 locations) took over this location has gone to hell. New management manages by email. There is broke equipment (some for months), leatherette ripped/torn needing to be replaced for now for months, loose benches, poor quality wipes, notice I didn't say "wet wipes". Plates and weights left on the floor and not put back for days. They do nothing to reinforce member put weights, bar, etc.. back in place and wipe down equipment after use. Not sure what the new management is doing. Join for a limited time offer of $1...lucky to be in Mt. Washington for another year at this rate. Once my agreement is up I'll be heading back to Club Fitness, our hometown gym.

Hidden fees even after you cancel. Make sure you are 100% sure you can utilize your membership before you start because it is really difficult to cancel and you will be charge additional fees even after cancellation. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone at this location over the phone so you will more than likely have to go in during specific staffed hours.

Definitely look for better, cheaper options around town.

I only visit this location on the weekends. I know they are well staffed because the place is always stocked and immaculate. It is a good-sized gym with ample equipment and lots of accessories. Patrons are friendly and mindful.

This location is great for me. It's not too far from home, and it's always clean. Sure, being a smaller gym, it doesn't have everything I'd like, but that doesn't matter too much because I can make it work with the equipment that's there. I usually go early in the morning before other members are there for the peace and quiet. But even when going later in the day, the other members are friendly and nice. It's a clean, well kept, gym. The management and staff are friendly. Overall, I feel safe and welcome at this gym.

This gym is awesome. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming which makes for such a great atmosphere. It's not the biggest gym around, but literally have any machine/equipment that you could ever need! All the bands, kettle bells, mats, punching bag, and tons of cable attachments. And it's ALWAYS clean! One of my favorite gyms that I've been to. Can't wait for the opening of the new facility!
