Anytime Fitness is my home away from home! I’ve tried several gyms in town and Anytime is by far my favorite.
The facility is exceptionally clean and has provided a safe haven during this crazy time. Anytime members are given access to all Anytime Fitness locations in the US, which was awesome when I went on vacation! Members are given key fobs to access the facility 24 hours a day. As a woman, the extra level of security makes me feel safe to work out anytime, day or night.
Staff are always friendly and answer any questions I have quickly and effectively.
My workouts are never boring. Anytime has all the equipment necessary to make those gains! Individuals looking to change to their bodies in 2021 should definitely try this place out. There’s never a wait for equipment, and as a member, you receive an Evolt Body Scan FOR FREE! This is great for individuals who are needing an idea on where they stand, physically. The scan provides not only measurements including BMI, visceral fat, and muscle mass, but also provides supplement recommendations based on your goals.

Has everything I need for my workouts and the gym is always very clean. Very friendly staff and the gym is never packed so I never have to wait on equipment. And the best part is they are open 24 hours!

Was a member at this gym for more than 5 years before moving out of Richmond. It's small size enabled me to work out without the interference you get from larger gyms and the staff knew almost every member personally. The most valuable quality of this gym to me was the cleanliness! Bathrooms, floors, and equipment always stayed very clean and even the members did a great job of wiping down equipment after they were done. Highly recommend.

Good place to get your workout in, whether strength training or just wanting to sweat and maintain. The daily staff and trainers are fantastic! Unfortunately the regional manager or whomever is the "owner" of the franchise there is a money hungry yard.

I've been going to the gym for a year now, and the management, trainers and other members are always positive and helpful. I always feel encouraged and never judged, despite being self-conscious. The gym is also always trying to improve and welcomes constructive feedback, as well as constantly motivating members through drawings and other activities. My favorite thing, though, is the 100 workout challenge!

From out of town. Attendant there aggressive argue about info given. Was told not to come back here and I wont. Advise other people not to. I Wont.. He argued at me all the way to the door. Watch out. Check the schedule. The only guy there. It was at Ur gym.

Do not sign a membership with them. If your financial situation changes they do not care. I lost my job shortly after signing up and absolutely cannot afford it. They don't care. Haven't been there in 9 months but they keep sucking their money out of my bank account. Tried cancelling they won't let me. Calling my bank and having their payments blocked. Do not sign the membership unless you're willing and able to pay for it regardless of your situation changing. Horrible company.

Do not do business with these people. They will not cancel auto pay agreements even when a letter requesting they cancel your membership is hand delivered to them. They do not answer their phone calls either. Completely incompetent!

Way over priced for a gym membership especially with the limited equipment and space they offer. Their college student membership is $3 less than the regular membership not including the start up fee. They have a sign by the road implying for EKU students memberships will be $5 but after signing up and finding out the price after the employee took my money that the road sign was expired since the end of August and they still never took the sign down to this day. After reading the cancellation policy in the membership agreement I wrote a letter stating why I wanted to cancel my membership, returning the key fob, and doing that within the time frame stated, they won’t issue me a refund but will cancel the membership. Policy states if you mail in your letter by the 3rd business day at midnight it will be excepted. I signed up for the membership Wednesday at 3 pm and sent in my letter Friday at 10 am and they just now called me back to say they got it so they refuse to refund the $42 I wasted on this ridiculous establishment. Do not sign up for a membership at this gym unless you want to be scammed and ripped off.

This is the kind of gym I would recommend for someone going casually or to get in shape rather than to get ripped within an inch of your life. The staff is friendly and chill, and they always keep things spotless inside. I've never felt awkward there, and they usually have pretty neat stuff going on from classes to contests.
