Update - Not only did I get a quick response to my review I received a phn call as well.
Unfortunately with all the new transitions and updates to Aspen Row there are still a few hiccups.
With that being said, Aspen Row was able to confirm my membership is active and should be able to use my current key card too.
Thank you for the quick response and look forward to using my membership.

I received a Gmail acknowledging the opening of Aspen Row few months ago.
I was sad for Snap ( Carl ) to close yet excited to learn there would be a replacement.
I normally walk, so during the winter months I don't go as often due to cold weather.
I have called & called, to only roll to a voicemail .
I have left multiple messages, with no return call.
I have gone as far leaving a live Chat message,still waiting.π’

This is a great gym at just the right size. Aspen Row just took over from a previous name, and I honestly think it has only improved. The new owners listen to you personally and respond to suggestions. The improvements made already are signs for even more success!

Unfortunately, I've never tried harder to join a gym. I showed up to this establishment during listed business hours on multiple occasions. I left voice messages, along with text messages, per the directions on the door. I was trying to avoid giving my money to a larger establishment like planet fitness down the road, but not responding to new customers there's no way to grow your business

I recently began to come to snap fitness after deciding planet fitness was to mainstream for me. At planet fitness they have pizza night???? Doesn't seem like that's a good way to train to make sure you are in the best shape of your life now does it? At Snap, you can come in not have to wait for the tanning bed or the machine. If you drop a weight on the ground your not a freaking lunk you just pushed yourself that last rep and let's be honest stuff happens. Carl and the other staff are always available and very knowledgable about the equipment and appropriate ways to utilize them also. It's extremely laid back and judgement free also. The gym is very clean and well kept. Whether your coming to get ripped or to shed some waist weight to fit those awesome jeans SNAP is where it's at! I know I came in feeling weak and unmotivated but now after Carl assigned me my workout regimen I feel confident and ready to get ripped! All in all they care about you health and well being, go check it out!ο»Ώ
