Awesome training environment! After looking around for a long time, I finally found trainers who really care. They motivate and challenge you, but how far you push yourself is completely up to you. The atmosphere overall is supportive and encouraging, and I’ve really enjoyed my time training here.

The only issue I’ve experienced so far is the noise level from some of the children who come in. I completely understand kids wanting to have fun, but it tends to be a frequent distraction rather than an occasional occurrence. At times, it seems like some are being loud intentionally for attention. I don’t wish to be an issue, but I do feel this is something that deserves attention and could benefit from a bit more management. If this situation were better handled, I would have no hesitation giving a 5-star rating.

Coach Wes is the 3rd fitness coach I’ve worked with in a 15 year mma career that spanned 44 fights between my amateur and professional career. He’s really dialed in on my deficiencies, pulled back my volume of training, as it was not conducive to moving the needle forward for my now focus on BJJ, and during my brief stint in CrossFit I made it to the top 1.25% in the world for the 2022 season. Ive also coached now for 12 years, and owned my own academy for more than 10 years. I have 2 academies, 3 affiliates, and are still the most competitive black belt currently in KY. I say all this so that you know when I say Coach Wes knows his shit, it’s not up for discussion. Feel free to waste your money somewhere else if you want to but know it’s gonna be a waste.

This is easily one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. I've tried working out at home, regular gyms, and even CrossFit, but I needed more guidance and wanted to focus on traditional weightlifting. Wesley’s gym offers everything I’ve been searching for. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about both nutrition and weight training. Together with Marky, they’ve helped me focus on my personal needs and challenges.

Because of my scoliosis, I needed specialized attention for my back, and the team ensures that area is targeted in every workout. After I pulled my calf muscle, Wesley has been instrumental in my recovery and healing process. He also works with local athletes, helping them maximize their strength and endurance.

This gym is welcoming to all ages, body types, and fitness levels. Wesley and Marky are not only incredible coaches, but also kind, experienced veterans, and just all-around great people.

Wesly at bad batch has helped me out tremendously. I am a gym owner and a Jujitsu Black Belt and a former collegiate wrestler a year ago. I had a tragic accident that blew out my ACL tore my meniscus and my MCL and broke my tibia after going to the hospital and then getting the MRIs. It was a sure fact that I had to have surgery. The doctors told me it was gonna be difficult, but I didn’t realize how difficult because I’ve never had a major injury like this. After getting with my physical therapist, Trent Nessler, he recommended me to Wesly and Wesly accommodated and created my workout program so I could get my leg mobility and strength back and get back on the mat. It’s very convenient for me to wake up and see what I’m gonna do that day for a workout and go at my own pace and get it done. I highly recommend anyone that wants to work out and make it easy on themselves to Get with bad batch and get a program started it’s affordable convenient and very helpful

I have been working with BadBatch Performance for about a year and a half and before working with him I suffered from chronic hip and knee pain that was making playing golf difficult at times. After not very long of working with Wesley I no longer experienced the day to day pain I was experiencing before. I have also gotten significantly stronger and went from having a top swing speed of 101 mph to 109 mph. I would recommend the BadBatch team to absolutely everyone, especially other athletes. These guys are the best in the business, they create a fun and encouraging environment to work in and they 100% know their stuff!

Bad Batch Performance offers the best training around Clarksville and Hopkinsville. I had the opportunity to tour and train at the facility and the equipment is highest quality around. Being a remote athlete for Bad Batch I’m given the best programming I’ve ever had with the easiest way to log and track workouts, and if I have any questions or concerns coaches are a click away. If you’re looking to improve your performance physically and mentally Bad Batch is the place to do it!

I had the pleasure of meeting Coach Wes at the PGA Championship in May, where he introduced me to Bad Batch Performance his remote workout platform. From the start, I was impressed by his passion for fitness and his dedication to helping others. We discussed his training approach in detail, and I was excited about the potential benefits of starting a consistent workout program.
I began the program at the end of May, and I’ve been consistently pleased with the workouts, support, and communication I’ve received from Coach Wes. What stands out to me the most is his ongoing check-ins. For example, I’ve been dealing with a lingering shoulder injury, and Wes has been incredibly supportive in offering guidance to help me manage and recover from it. His personalized attention makes all the difference.
As a remote client, I receive my workouts every Sunday, complete with detailed instructions and form demonstrations. These workouts are always delivered on time, and I really appreciate the variety the Bad Batch Team incorporates into each week’s plan. It keeps things fresh and challenging.
Overall, I highly recommend Bad Batch for anyone looking for a well-rounded and supportive training program. I look forward to continuing my work with Coach Wes and the Bad Batch staff for the foreseeable future.

It is a great place to train. I have looked for a trainer for a long time. I am happy to say I have found a couple of good ones. They are encouraging while they work you out. But how hard you work is up to you.

Bad Batch Performance has been a game-changer for my health and longevity as an athlete. Jiujitsu is notoriously hard on the body, but thanks to Coach Wesley’s expertise, I’ve been able to stay in top form, prevent injuries, and truly “bulletproof” my body for the future. Beyond injury prevention, the Limb Collector programming they offer is hands down the most professional, well-structured, and user-friendly program I’ve ever encountered. I can’t imagine where I’d be without their guidance and support.

Wesley and Marky are the most knowledgeable guys in Hoptown when it comes to making an athlete stronger, more powerful, and more durable. These guys have helped me fight injury and have been a key part in helping me continue to improve in Track and Soccer, while also preaching good nutritional values to ensure a healthy body in the long term. I recommend them to anyone.

My two boys have been working with Wesley and Marky at Bad Batch Performance for about a month now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! From the very first session, it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients' progress and well-being. They took the time to discuss my boys’ goals, their current fitness level, and any limitations they might have, which made me feel comfortable and confident with my boys’ training with them.

What sets Bad Batch Performance apart is their incredible ability to mix professionalism with a warm, encouraging approach. Every workout is challenging but achievable, and they know how to push my boys just the right amount to keep them improving without overloading them. The sessions are always varied, making them not only effective but also fun. My boys never get bored at Bad Batch Performance.

Wesley and Marky also have a great ability to explain the “why” behind each exercise, which has helped them to develop a deeper understanding of their body and how to train smarter. In just 4-5 weeks’ time training at Bad Batch Performance, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my boys’ strength, endurance, and overall fitness, and I’ve also noticed a lot more confidence in their abilities and performance.

If you're looking for a fitness program with trainers who are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely passionate about helping you or your children reach a higher fitness level, Bad Batch Performance is the one! My boys have enjoyed every session and look forward to many more.

Incredibly detailed workout plans that are super easy to follow. Really lucky to be apart of the family and I would suggest this for any athlete trying to improve. He makes a lot of the harder work of learning and writing down all of the info with a super simple app. Can't thank Bad Batch Performance enough.

Wesley has been my strength trainer for nearly a year now and dude knows how to build an athlete AND keep them healthy. Injured my knee pretty badly a few year ago, had terrible knee pain for the longest time, and within 2-3 months of working with Wesley, I now have minimal to no knee pain in my day to day life.

Highly recommend his services
