Ben is the best of the best! As a 20 something woman, I’ve never felt comfortable going to the big gyms like Planet or Crunch.. nor did I know what I was doing. Within a matter of weeks of 1:1s with Ben and doing his adult sessions, I have so much confidence in myself, my body, and the weight room! Ben has helped me lose over -8.5lbs, gain 5 pounds of muscle, and lose 4 inches on my waist. Not only that, but even the people that work out there feel like a little family. Whether it’s the athletes or even the adults, everyone will always greet you with a smile and I think that’s a testament to Ben and his leadership. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Ben has been an incredible coach throughout my senior year track season. He always encourages me and his athletes to do better and push ourselves to grow. Ben is a fantastic trainer and mentor. I have been working with him for almost two months now and am extremely thankful for his time and patience. He really puts his all into his athletes. After basic training, I gained a lot of unhealthy weight and had a terrible relationship with food, both of which are extremely counterproductive for a sprinter! When I was home over break, I needed a place to train. I am so glad that my friend recommended me to Ben, and the process began from there! I have healthily lost just shy of 10 pounds so far and am incredibly excited to continue repairing myself and my relationship with food under Ben's guidance and encouragement. Ben has been awesome as a coach! I knew the only way I could make real progress towards my fitness goals was to get a trainer. I got on Google and he had the best reviews. Ben is an awesome private/fitness trainer, he designs personalized sheets for your sport or needs. I have seen tremendous progress over the years since I have been going. Sprints. Jumps and weightlifting have had a crazy incline since I have started. There is always an awesome community of athletes that will push each other but have fun. All around a great gym if you are looking to gain muscle mass and preform at the top tier of your sport! For sure recommend Ben.

My daughter first started working with Ben in Nov 2023. She was looking to improve her overall athletic ability for volleyball. Ben has helped her gain not only in strength, agility, but also her confidence. She looks forward to her workouts and pushes herself to improve each time she is in the gym. The group setting has been great for her to connect with other young athletes throughout NKY.

I started working with Ben around January 2024. He has helped push me to become healthier in my lifestyle. He has helped push my boundaries in a healthy manner with my training.

The community is great everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Ben has been great he has helped me put on 20 lbs of muscle on in 6-7 months. I have noticed this in lifting through lifting heavier weight and getting faster annd jumping higher. I have also seen the improvements physically. He is very encouraging and instructs and helps with the right form to make sure you are getting the proper gains. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone trying to get more fit or trying to get stronger or faster or more athletic.

I have been training with Ben for the past 7 weeks and am so happy with my progress! Ben is an amazing trainer. He really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them accomplish their goals.

In my time working with Ben, I dropped b out 25 pounds of fat and added about 5 pounds of muscle. But Ben was always focused on the holistic view, making me faster, stronger, and harder to kill. But he always took a holistic view, and was a great partner in my health journey.

Ben is motivational without being a jerk, and is always great at explaining his knowledge and applying to your goals.

I've been working with Ben 1:1 for almost 6 months now and the experience has been great! I came with some general fitness/body comp goals and Ben tailored a program to fit my needs. He helps you to be ambitious but realistic while introducing foundational elements to a healthy lifestyle (mindful eating, increasing daily step count, etc). He's very knowledgeable but also committed to continuous learning and growing in his field, which is great to see.

Remote coaching with Ben has been extremely beneficial.
