We were members for about a decade but recently dropped our membership for a national chain. It was always a roll of the dice when walking upstairs to see if there were any functioning treadmills suitable for running or TVs that actually worked. The facility was always clean but machines definitely were not maintained and sat βout of orderβ for months if not years. That along with the very limited hours and high cost pushed us away.

First time visiting today, we have the combination membership with Silverlake. Many of the treadmills were not working, maybe need an upgrade in equipment. One shining spot was my wife really liked the new recumbent.

Great place we have the family package with silverlake. The only reason that makes this place suck is the hours suck. No reason a Gym should be opening at 8 on a Saturday and 9 on a Sunday! Besides the hours great gym

What can I said , great gym , have every equipment u could name , that is my favorite place , and the thing I like the most is that they organize every equipment, for example, if u doing ur leg workout , every equipment in one spot , and that also go for chest workout , shoulder workout etc , and also they have all type of equipment for cardio , treadmill, elliptical , bike etc . Great place, love it .

Fantastic gym! I am astonished by the great service I received while here. I recently moved back to the Northern Kentucky area after living in California for 20 years, and I must say that the employees, notably one named Thomas, were extraordinarily kind to me as I have only recently gotten back into physical fitness. The equipment was vastly better than all of the other gyms at which I have purchased a membership. Thank you to all the employees at this fine establishment!

This is a great community gym. The equipment is up to date. They offer a variety of fitness classes. They offer group sessions or you can book one-on-one sessions with a trainer for a fee. They have a non-traditional workout area with kettlebells, weighted ropes, etc. The fitness floor has free weights and nautilus equipment. The cardio area has everything from steppers to cross trainers. For the price, you wonβt find a better (& cleaner) value.

Jordan is great!! I had suffered a herniated disc in my neck twice over a year ago, but was having a difficult time recovering despite all the massage, physio and rehab exercises I was doing. Getting FST allowed me to *gain a full range of movement* so that I could do my rehab exercises more effectively. After only 4 sessions with Jordan, the neuropathy disappeared and I started gaining strength on the injured side of my body. I continue to see Jordan for tune ups and to ensure that I do not lapse into bad habits and restrict my movements. Thank you Jordan!!
BTW - I don't know why there are such bad reviews about the staff. All the front line staff I have met have been friendly, professional and have gone out of their way to make my time there enjoyable!

Best gym in the area. I was the General Manager of the LA Fitness in Crescent Springs along with several other facilities in the greater Cincinnati area. Better bodies has better equipment, courts, Group exercise area, and not to mention a better layout, price point and atmosphere. Beats crunch fitness as well by leaps and bounds.

Don't try to cancel their services. Hoops to jump through and they don't respond to your voice mails/emails. You have to come in to cancel, you have to speak with your trainer if you want to cancel that, and they don't cancel.
I was billed last month after my contract ran out and I came in to cancel. They assured me I would get a credit after my second time in to talk to them (they wouldn't respond otherwise!). I'm currently disputing the charges on my credit card, we'll see what holds in store for the next billing cycle....

Working out at Better Bodies has been a great experience, and I highly recommend this gym. The staff are friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The community feels more like a family than a frat house. My gym-experience prior to signing up with Better Bodies was mostly military gyms, and few of the local spots (urban active, LA fitness). I can say I'm very impressed with the selection of equipment, and the variety of free weights. Some of the facility high notes for me are: the floor space for circuits, the padded weight plates, kettle bell selection, sauna, TOWEL SERVICE. (Towels are a must for a sweaty guy like me). All in all very pleased with the results I've achieved while at Better Bodies; and I feel I owe at least part of the credit to the facility.
