It was a great start to changing the mindset. Get out of your own way and be encouraged to change, in whatever way you need. Try the rumble class, it's full body and you can hit things lol. They have a circuit class which goes very fast and doesn't let you wander aimlessly. They also have reshape, which is a nice general cardio/light weight class.

Okay, this place is IT. They invest time and energy to truly understand where you are at and where you want to go.

The staff is OUT OF BOUNDS - they are so encouraging, meet you where you're at, and push you just enough! Mentally, they are quick on their feet, and can come up with modifications on any of the activities. There is no judgement, just different tools for success!! That success looks different for everyone. You will see every kind of person in there because the staff make it YOUR success.

There are three types of workout classes, but none of the classes are the same! You are challenged at each one, regardless of your fitness level. There are different challenges each month (hello getting gold stars as an adult!). RIKR/Boss Babe Transformation Studio has engagement on lock!!

One of my favorite things is how welcoming this group is. I felt like I was a part of a new family from DAY ONE. I am someone that can be incredibly shy, but they made me feel included and comfortable in record time.

Another thing about this stellar group is the accountability! The groups are small enough to notice if you miss. They happily share the recipes and tips. A class selfie is taken at the end of each session and shared in the private group. Everyone is cheered on!

There are many different class times and that was a winner for me. Different times of day work best for different people, but hitting the 5am before work was a winner for me. I didn't have the time to think about other stuff I needed to do or if I wanted to go -- my alarm went off and I drug myself in. The best part is the feeling of accomplishment by 6am! Total mood booster.

On a more personal note, during my 10 week challenge, one of my parents experienced significant health issues that required a lot of my time, attention, and energy. But, you know what? I still went in to my workout at 5am. It helped clear my mind. It helped my self-esteem and mental health. It was something I could control, and it got me through a very difficult time.

I had no idea what to expect when I went to my first session. I was worried because I knew that I was really out of shape. I hadn't done a true workout in a very long time. But each day, I became stronger than the day before.

At the end of my 10 week challenge, I could completely pull myself out of the deep end of the pool. I could do the trail at Lost River for over an hour without being completely out of breath or in pain. I could chase my five year old around and be more present in her play.

I can't express how special RIKR Boss Babe Transformation Studio is. If you want to make a change, get healthier, they can help you get there! You will gain so much more in the process. 50 out of 5 stars.

I've been working out with the amazing coaches at Boss Babe Transformation Studio for almost 8 months, and it's still so enjoyable! The workouts are fun, effective, and easily modified for folks who need it. No one should worry about where they might be starting from, because the coaches will guide you for your body. I still modify some of the moves, based on my own weak ankles, and things like that. Modification definitely doesn't mean you won't get a good workout - you'll definitely feel it! It's an investment - time, money, dedication - but it's worth it.
When I sat down with Rachel for my first meeting, I said I wanted to get into a workout routine because trying to motivate myself to work out at home had been failing for years! 8 months in, and the motivation is easy. I definitely checked my box and found exactly what I needed. If you feel like you need a routine that keeps you fit and having fun, I hope you'll give them a try!

I join RiKR Fitness Because I was tired of being stuck and not feeling motivated to go to the gym. I can’t always do all of the exercises, but they always come up with alternatives to help me grow stronger every day. UPDATE: 4/28/2025: Coming up on a year at the gym, and honestly, I can’t imagine life without it anymore! When I travel for work, I miss my daily workouts and the amazing crew I’ve come to know and love.

I started this journey as a way to finally prioritize myself—something I hadn’t done in a long time. And wow, what a difference it’s made—not just physically, but mentally too.

Since then, my daughter joined last fall, and my husband started coming a few months ago. The ripple effect is real. From family to new friends at the gym, we lift each other up, push each other, and share plenty of laughs (and sweat!).

The coaches are the real deal—genuine, encouraging, and always there to support you. You honestly couldn’t ask for more.

Here’s to another year of growth, strength, and community! 💪💥

6/28/2024: Four and a half weeks in, down 18 lbs and over 6" in my back/chest and 6" in my waist. Building muscle in my glutes/quads/biceps like crazy. MORE importantly, I have so much better mental clarity, SO much more energy, and my sleep patterns are healthier too.
The coaches are amazing, and the whole gym is welcoming, uplifting, and non-judgmental. The other folks working out next to you might be in a totally different place in their fitness journey, but they are so supportive of you and your success.
Age does not matter here and neither does body shape - do it for YOU! Best decision I have made in a decade!
UPDATE: 6 months later and nearly 50 lbs gone. Still at the gym and still the best decision!

Hubby and I live in Tokyo, but were in town for the holidays and needing somewhere to keep fit during the fat season! 😂

I cannot recommend this place enough, and am so sad I don’t have this kind of women’s gym in Tokyo. The circuit workouts and boxing with water bags were both fun and exhausting in the best way. It’s designed for women’s fitness, but hubby also found it challenging and effective.

I loved all the instructors we met over the few days of our trial. The ladies are upbeat and attentive, correcting form but keeping up the encouragement all the way through. They helped me try new things and take the right kind of breaks since I’m just getting into heavy workouts post-partum.

I was super encouraged to see a wide range of clientele in the classes. Varied Sexes body types and ages (I saw you kick-ass granny!) were there, which made me feel comfortable just focusing on my own goals without being too self-conscious.

If you live in Bowling Green and need hands on help getting into fitness with catered tracks for your individual needs you cannot do better than the Boss Babes at RIKR Fitness. I will be back when I am in town.

I was suggested coming to RIKR by my doctor, and I know she saw the skepticism on my face, but she was also a client at RIKR. I came down and had a consultation with Rachel, got a tour, and fell in love! I have never been consistent with working out but since coming to RIKR, I’ve found that I love coming back every single time! The classes are so fun, they’re always small, and the coaches definitely know their stuff. Back in January I won a gift certificate to RIKR. When I got the call letting me know I had won I was anxious on following up with them because I didn’t know what to expect. That gift certificate prompted me to purchase a 12 week program. The second I walked into the gym I immediately felt welcomed. Rachel walked us through everything and every single step. RIKR did everything for me that was promised. I drove over an hour just to attend gym classes. I had the virtual option as well but going in person and building a foundation and relationship with instructors and other members was a key part of my journey! I am currently participating in the Bridal Boot Camp and LOVE it. I love how motivating everyone is. The coaches are all AWESOME and make sure to learn your name the first time you are in their class. All of the class options are nice. You get the workout in without the crowd! Very small classes. My largest so far has only been 9 people. Each coach is quick to accommodate anyone with previous injuries within the workout. If something is too hard, they will show you a different way. I am getting married in July and found RIKR Fitness at a Bridal Expo in BG. From the beginning I felt so supported by the coaches and other RIKR clients. I absolutely LOVE everything about this place! It’s so much different than any other memberships I’ve had. The trainers are all empowering and pleasant to be around. The classes are broke down and instructed in such a good way that it’s not intimidating at all, and you always leave knowing you got a great workout! The virtual options are also very handy when kids and work are always a responsibility.
This is also the first meal plan I’ve actually found to be sustainable, that doesn’t ever leave me feelings hungry, or hating what I’m eating. My kids are even asking to eat the meals I’m making for myself now!

I started this journey because I haven't liked the way my belly looks for a long time. I hated not being able to find clothes to wear, because nothing in my closet fit the way I wanted it to. I have really enjoyed this experience, I needed the accountability and motivational push to get it done because I couldn't do it on my own. The meal plan wasn't nearly as bad as most diets, which made it actually doable. I enjoyed the classes, because it wasn't like a normal gym where it feels like everyone is watching and judging you. Everyone in the classes and the coaches are super friendly and helpful. I didn't put in as much effort as I could have, but I lost 5 lbs and inches off of my waist and chest in 6 weeks, which was amazing to me! This is the best way to lose weight and gain strength!

I started at RIKR in September and let me tell you it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. You get a personal trainer in a group setting and it’s well worth it. But here's the highlights - I love the atmosphere and that I feel like I'm being trained by coaches who want me to be the best ME; I love the class structure and that we are all in it together - no competition, no shame, no bragging rights, just a bunch of people lifting each other up; I love how knowledgeable my coaches are and how comfortable I am asking them questions, getting their advice or getting modifications for moves that just aren't working for me, and I love that they know me enough to push me when I'm clearly slacking; I love the decor and music; I love the very different class structures (Reshape, Ripped, Rumble, Rebel and Recover); and I love that I have virtual options. I was in the three week challenge. It's a really good program to get you going. Whether you are brand new or experienced they can help you out. The menu is customizable and they have a nutritionist to help. They have a gym of course, but also everything is virtual. Considering the state of things, I did virtual.
The exercise programs are good, challenging, and varied so you don't have to worry about getting bored.
The community is great. Non-judgemental. Everyone is very encouraging.
I've been in groups where someone is making fun of someone but not here. Never saw it one time. That's what I like best.
I'd certainly recommend RIKR to anyone.

Let me be the first to say that I have a very bad history with “dieting,” gyms, working out, and just trying to lose weight in general. My mental health suffered every time I tried to begin a new health regime and I gave up on it after graduating college because I was tired of feeling so bad about myself that I preferred to just avoid it as a whole. But this gym is not that! RIKR is not just a gym. RIKR is not just a meal plan. RIKR is not just a short term new regime. This challenge has pushed me outside my comfort zone, without causing my mental wellness to suffer. In fact, I’m feeling more proud and strong mentally and emotionally. I started out on the 2 week challenge and ended up sticking around for the 6 week challenge. I could not be happier with the results! I’ve never been an athlete and dieting has not worked well for me in the past because the do’s and don’ts were so overwhelming I always gave up. RIKR has mapped out food lists for weight categories and it has been a lifesaver. Their studio is full of energy and coaches that are 100% supportive no matter what level of exercise you are comfortable with. These guys and gals really want you to succeed and they are amazing! The Facebook family you become a part of is so helpful in offering up encouragement, humor, meal ideas and shout outs for reaching goals. In 6 weeks I could have gained another 10 pounds but I chose to get off my butt and do something. I’m 6 pounds down and can see my neck again and not only that it has helped my mood tremendously. I’ve got energy I had thought I lost and something good to focus on. This challenge was a game changer and I encourage anyone on the fence to get out of your own head and give it a shot.

RIKR is definitely worth a shot if you are looking to kick start your fitness at any level. I go to another gym regularly for strength training but love the high intensity of RIKR bootcamp to shake up my routine. The trainers push you but are more concerned about your form and safety than just running people through like other area programs I've tried. It seems a little pricey but it's reasonable if you take advantage of the unlimited group sessions. Plus they offer a free week on them to try it out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about their fitness goals.

This place has been amazing. Amazing trainers and awesome people to workout with. The motivation and support is endless. I have been coming here for about 10 weeks now and I first started during the 6 week challenge were I was able to loose over 10lbs, body fat and gain muscle.
