I definitely prefer this location over the Scottsville location, even though the area is slightly more dangerous.

Like the Scottsville location, the Cardio Cinema just never really works. And at this location there aren't very many machines in there anyway, so it's not the best.

This gym is definitely good for people who are looking for casual cardio, weight lifting, or circuit training. The staff are very nice! And the Hydromassage machine is muchhhhh better at this location.

For me personally, I won't be renewing my membership, but this gym seems to be of similar quality and way less crowded then Planet Fitness or other budget gyms in the area.

Great facility, always a clean environment with a great staff of people to help and train when needed. Not to mention the other great members that attend also. Equipment is always clean and I never have to hassle to get to the gym due to being able to workout whenever my schedule allows. Best gym and best staff in BG KY!!!!!

My husband like the 24 hour open schedule but for a women there's not a whole lot and they don't offer day care they do have all unlimited tanning and price is cheap enough
