I have worked out with Brittany for several years now…both in person and via the online version. I enjoy the in person because it’s all women, everybody is so supportive of one another, and it’s always a different workout every single time. I have also enjoyed the online workouts because you can do them whenever and wherever…while on vacation, work trips, from your own home…you can make it work for your individual schedule. Virtual book camp work outs are short but packed full of intensity and I love every second! I was doing 45 minute videos prior to starting this and the level of targeted work outs I get with the shorter videos is phenomenal! Some of my other favorite things are her Wal Mart grocery hauls, accountability calendars, recipes and encouraging weekly videos. I joined Brittany in 2018. I have continued to support her and be a part of her program since then with some health challenges along the way. Since July 2023 I have been a consistent bootcamper and have never regretted my decision to be a part of her program. The program is welcoming of all ages, sizes, etc. She is good at showing modifications for the ones that need it. I'm proud to say that over the last year and a half I have lost about 45 lbs and have lost 6 inches in my hips and 6.5 inches in my waist. That progress is with a breast cancer diagnosis and a double mastectomy and 9 weeks off of no workouts. I have never once felt judged on what I can or can't do as far as workouts while attending and am always encouraged by Brittany, the other instructors, and also fellow bootcampers. I highly recommend giving Brittany Wiggins Fitness a try if you are wanting to focus on self-care and getting healthier.

I first started my journey with Brittany when she first started doing these Boot Camps, I started in person and grew in my fitness journey with her. I moved away and I’ve still continued with her.
