I was in town for a training event and reached out about a day pass. When the owner heard I was Active Duty military, he generously gave me the door code and said don't worry about it. Super nice guy and I greatly appreciated that unexpected courtesy. Great facility, great equipment, and I had some great workouts. Quite a gem tucked away where you wouldn't expect it! Would recommend to anyone who takes their strength and fitness seriously .

I just want to say that the owner is very kind and compassionate and I can tell that he really likes his job and his gym. I find it very ironic that the two people that complained about racial slurs both posted at the same time and both have ASMR channels on YouTube. I think it's just a bunch of slander and they are upset about something. Anyways, the gym is very clean and I love the equipment and have enjoyed my time so far. Thank you for a great gym!

Best gym in the community! Owner was very knowledgeable about lifting in general and has great knowledge of powerlifting and training to compete in powerlifting. Lots of great people here! 10/10 recommend from novice or nee lifters to advanced lifters!

BEWARE owner thinks it is ok to repeatedly say the “N” word and scream and cuss at 14/15 year old kids. I would never recommend anyone to visit this establishment!
