I'm impressed with all the extras.. challenges, several different options to fit individual needs, RED LIGHT therapy sauna (gym site) for rest and recovery, nutrition seminars... too many benefits to mention.
She is always there for you to answer questions.. you would pretty much need to experience her yourself to understand what her online programs are made of.. or join the gym her and her husband built from a dream.

I just had my 5th baby and was looking for a deep core plan to help me get started into a fitness routine. I knew some exercises already but I wanted that accountability really, more of something tangible to look back on. I didn't feel comfortable getting back into the gym without knowing my core was strong enough yet so I inquired about her personalized at-home programs. She asked questions and offered different ideas and we agreed that she would design a personalized, deep pelvic and core strengthening plan to do at home.
I was very impressed with her responsiveness, her turn around time, her interest in my wants and needs, and how informative her plan has been. I wasn't just emailed a list of exercises that I didn't understand. She provides information about the importance of the mind-muscle connection, the purpose of slow stable movements, what the pelvic floor is and why it's important that it's strong and how to know if it's weak.
I'm actually really looking forward to the results of the plan and getting back with her about a gym routine once I feel ready!
