I started training with Chris after a very serious health and medical condition happened to me. I was frail and unable to do a lot at first. I was battling depression and embarrassed of how I looked and felt among other things medically. Chris developed a plan specifically for my health needs and I kept getting stronger as we stuck to the regimen. He helped me focus on one step of healing at a time.
He was compassionate and focused with one on one training throughout my entire time training with him. I am happy to say I am healthier now than I probably have been for much of my life. I learned valuable lessons and methods specifically for me to better my body as opposed to trying to accomplish everything on my own.
He’s a tough trainer, and that’s what you should hire him to do. Be tough on you. Highly recommend him for a trainer AND nutrition specialist.

Christopher Poe is wonderful in what he does. He is I think one of the best trainer I’ve worked out with. He isn’t only a physical fitness trainer he is a very knowledgeable nutrition specialist. I’ve started to see results in my body within months. I had lower back pain for years but since I started working out with him my back doesn’t hurt anymore. My core has improved, I’m stronger both physically & mentally, I’m eating better, & I feel better about myself. I highly recommend anyone who wants to feel better about yourself & get into better shape Christopher Poe is the man to see. Christopher cares about his clients & moreover he now a good friend. When I started training with Christoper, I couldn't do 2 pushups. I was training for the Police POPS test. He was able to teach me how to workout properly and how to eat correctly. In a few short months I was able to pass the POPS test. I continue to use the things he taught me. I saw a HUGE improvement in my health and strength while training with him.
