Decent gym but I can’t tell you the last time any of the machines were maintained. No grease on any of them, rusty and cables barely work. Instead of the maintenance guy standing around talking and following women around he should do some maintenance.

The gym is filthy, nobody cleans the machines after they’re used, the equipment is constantly damaged or has disgusting seats/pads, and the bathrooms are horrifying. Over a month ago, I spotted a cockroach near the squat press machine in the back of the gym. I requested a refund and they refuse to provide one. Apparently you can only get a refund if the equipment physically causes harm - this was stated to me by the manager.

Do not join this gym if you enjoy functional equipment, friendly employees, or clean spaces. You will be severely disappointed.

Read the other reviews. They constantly have issues stopping monthly charges for other members. Do not give them your bank/cc info.

I only visit this place to use the tanning beds. That's only when I am not able to make it to my usual tanning spot that day. I feel like the rooms where the beds are could use some updating. The whole place could use more of a modern and updated look and feel. Staff is always friendly and love the owners but rarely see them.

I would give them zero stars, but that's not on option. Went in for a tour and to get information, the girl at the counter didn't even greet me, I had to speak first. She told me that she "Didn't have time for me, that I could just check-out the place." When I was done she told me to "just on on line and see what memberships they had to offer." Not sure if I was treated that way because of my age or because that staff doesn't care. Not sure if I will go back there after being treated so poorly.

Husband Cancelled membership in November was charged for December & January. When we called them they asked if he signed a form. No he didn’t because no one said he needed to, they just said it would be taken care of , he was there in person when he cancelled it. They need to train their employees better on the protocols they have. They said they couldn’t reimburse us. The customer shouldn’t be responsible for their mistake.

I love how they have a designated ladies only area.( For those who want to take advantage) I can't commit to monthly membership at this time , so I use their $7 everything daily pass. Unlike other gyms in the area you aren't confined to only the main gym area.

It’s a nice gym. I don’t go there anymore because of the type of people it attracts. It’s not the gym’s fault but it’s just an unhealthy environment in there sometimes. Women can’t work out without being stared at or otherwise feeling uncomfortable because of the men. People gossip about other peoples bodies or the way they choose to work out. I gave 4 stars because I think that’s fair. They do have a work out area for women only so that’s nice. Just not a place that I like to be a part of.

I've been going to this gym for a few years now. I love it completely. The general building as a whole is massive, the equipment is good quality, there I a full court gym, sauna, tanning beds, steam room, free weights and machines, treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, and all sorts of things. I spend usually about an hour or two here as often as I can. Prices are good, and the employees have always been nice to me.

Everyone I've met has been so helpful and friendly. There are multiple classes at varying times to fit any of your needs and plenty of space to use. The parking lot will be full, yet the gym doesn't feel like you're walking over top of people. Childcare is available if needed.

Men if you want to get in shape you can do that here. If you want to "get big" you can do that here. They train some monsters here. Women if you want to get in the best shape of your life you can do that here. Lots of machines and classes. Plus you have your own section of the gym. Women's only. I have been going to club fit since they have opened and your not just another customer. Your family.

Walked in and there were 4 staff members behind the counter, not one of them turned and acknowledged either me or my sister. When one of the staff did finally turn and acknowledged us, all she did was hand me a pamphlet and tell me that I could find what I wanted to know there in the pamphlet or I could go online and check it out for myself!! Uhmmm........ HELLO!!! I am standing in the lobby of the business that I want to potentially give my money and business to and I get told to go on the website and read a pamphlet?? Are you serious!! And to further add to this lack of professionalism when I was a little more insistent I was handed a card with a phone number for one of their trainers! As if I am going to try to get in touch with anyone who has anything to do with such a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff! I wanted to tour the gym area that also was denied to me. I have never been so insulted and treated so dismissively. I will NEVER recommend this business and I absolutely would never join this gym. So sadly disappointed and thoroughly disgusted with this. I want to add that I truly believe that the reason for this treatment was because I am Muslim and I was wearing my hijab. My sister is disabled and has braces on her legs. So, in my opinion, and my gut feeling is that the staff members were reacting based on their own personal feelings and it cost the business ultimately. I don't know if the owners support this behavior or not but I am speaking solely for my own point of view and the reactive feelings that I had based on the actions of the staff I had personal dealings with. Really disappointed that my sister and I were treated this way.....welcome to the enlightening and information age I guess. Smh #colormeshocked # 2018 # hometown
