Unbelievable classes!! Every class is different and you can pick and choose from boxing, rowing, cardio, strength, or a combo class! Every instructor is very knowledgeable and Very organized, and the music is on point! Estevan is a great instructor who really pushes you to your limit! Ashley will make sure you do every move perfectly and also make sure that you are sore for the next two days!Stephanie will make sure you are living a healthy life outside the gym and also make sure you are coming to classes and will hold you accountable. Madeline is an amazing instructor and is very helpful and keeps the class rhythm perfectly! Her class had to be one of the hardest barre classes I’ve taken in a while! Liz is great at encouraging the class and always is a joy to have teach your class! Every instructor makes sure you feel comfortable doing the workout. They each give everyone options to make the class harder or easier depending on how the individual feels. I highly recommend taking Classes at Corestrong!

I started Core Strong in March and decided to do a few personal training sessions with Laura to get started, she is fantastic. The group fitness classes are great and I love how they change up the workouts so you don’t get bored! They also offer a wide variety of class times in the morning, noon and right after work. All the trainers know what they are doing and keep you motivated during the workouts!

Always a new and different workout - never boring! The owner, Stephanie, is great and so are all the instructors. If you ask for modifications or extra help, they will always provide options for you.

Not welcoming of new people or beginners.

The gym is hard to find, and the parking lot was a bit sketchy in the dark.

The instructor was not welcoming of new people, didn't even acknowledge me until 2/3 of the class was over, didn't help me get the equipment I needed or offer any modifications for beginners except for the last 15 minutes.

Additionally, the room was small and it was very difficult to see the instructor no matter where you were in the room. She did try to move so she was more visible, but it was still difficult to follow along, especially if you're new.

Thus, I've concluded that this place is not for beginners. It seems to only be for those who are stick thin, flexible and already know what they're doing.

I did a Saturday morning class and loved it. Great attention to detail and I look forward to going back. Facilities were clean, the workout was very well designed and the staff was super. Highly recommended.

Stephanie and her team have completely changed my body. I'm stronger, leaner and more flexible after a year of Corestrong. The classes are designed so that you could come everyday and work a different area. Yoga, cardio, rowing, boxing, Saturday morning running group, strength and barre; there's something for everyone. They make fitness fun and show you what a lifestyle change will do long term.

Stephanie and her team are energetic, inclusive, personalized and positive about each and every client. The workouts are challenging and the team adjusts for specific client needs. I always leave my workouts feeling great and knowing that it was good for both my body and mind. CoreStrong is a wonderful health and fitness community!
