Hands down one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to! A friendly, uplifting environment in a beautiful space! Ember is an intuitive and welcoming class leader. It's also so easy to schedule. If you've never tried hot yoga before or if it's your go-to, I highly recommend Creative Yoga!

Love this studio so much- love Mollie, Cara & the instructors even more ! Everyone is so welcoming & willing to help you work on whatever you may be facing/working on. This studio is perfectly heated- not too hot, not too humid. Mollie & Cara offer challenging classes with fun transitions & modifications for all levels. I always feel more grounded & powerful after class!! Definitely recommend this studio.

Everything you could want in a hot yoga studio. Great instructors, a wide variety of classes, diverse times, clean air, clean studio, kept at a great temperature, lots of windows with natural light and a friendly atmosphere. The owner is also lovely and has made this a special place in Lexington to practice for sure.

I attended the Yoga 101 class with Ember and had a great experience! I’d never done a hot yoga class before so Ember let me know I could go at whatever pace I needed to and take breaks! It’s a great place to start if you've been wanting to try hot yoga.

Cara is the best yoga instructor I have ever had! At other yoga classes I was not sure that I was doing the positions correctly but Cara adjusted me when needed throughout the class! Once I started at Creative Yoga I finally felt confident in my poses, etc!

Cara and Mollie Graves deliver intelligently designed, accessible, creative classes every time. Both are obviously experiences practitioners and teachers. They keep it fun but focused. I especially love that this studio offers classes on holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day… these are often days that I need yoga the most, but other studios are closed. Highly recommend trying Creative Yoga.

Best hot yoga in Lex! Great cueing, sequences and music. An open and encouraging vibe with Cara. The cool towels for your forehead are exquisite.

Avoid this place at all costs. Rudest experience I've ever had at a yoga studio was here with Cara.

I took a yoga class a long time ago. The people where not very welcoming so it kind of put me off from trying it again but I saw an add for an up coming hot yoga for runners and I am a runner so I thought I will give it another try. The yoga instructor awesome!!! The class awesome I feel great I probably haven't stretched like that in years it was hard but the instructor was kind and helpful. This will definitely be in my training program 😁

I just visited on a Thursday morning for class with Brooke - this is a lovely place to practice - it is heated - but not obnoxiously so - I think the room was about 90-95 degrees during our 1 hour vinyasa flow - definitely will get you a good sweat - but I never felt short of breath or excessively hot.. she gave out an icy towel at the end of class which was much appreciated!

this would be an awesome place to practice in the winter time - especially when snowing.. I look forward to going back and taking class with Brooke again or trying some other teachers

The studio is in an old building with lots of character - very clean - convenient changing room and the padded floor surface is great - almost like a yoga mat itself!

Only downside is no dedicated parking off street - you park on nearby streets - which are metered right in the area of the studio - $1 got me two hours though so not bad...

If you like nice warm yoga, be sure to check this place out - recommended..

Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The teachers I've met and taken classes with are all fantastic - Molly, Cara and Erica. They each add their own touch to the classes and make it fun even when you're tired and dripping with sweat! They are also very encouraging no matter what level you're on. I've only tried the power hour classes which are faster paced and challenging but they offer a range of flows and restorative style classes as well. Love practicing yoga here!
