I love the 30 min boot camp work outs. I go three days a week and if I could do more I would. The coaches are fun and motivating. I have been going since the first week of January.There are days I'm tired and don't want to go but I force myself to go and by the time it's over I'm glad I went. It gives me a sense of courage and it's building my self esteem which I know I need.

The best gym around. The coaches are amazing. The classes challenge you yet set you up for success. All around, a great place to work out!
They offer bootcamp classes (workout without weights) and regular crossfit classes. They have in gym friendly competitions and hero workouts!
This place is like family with all the support and friendly pushes to do your best! Don't miss out on a truly life changing gym! 🙌🏻

I HIGHLY recommend CrossFit Golden warrior!!!! I never thought I would be able to do CrossFit, but I tried it & love it!!!! This is not like any other gym you walk into, and have no idea what to do. The trainer works with you individually and as a group. If you can't do a specific workout like she has planned she will modify for it. When I mention CrossFit to people their first response is.... I could never do CrossFit. I said the same exact thing in the beginning, but I'm so glad I joined. If you've been thinking about trying it please take the chance and check out CrossFit Golden Warrior.

Joining CrossFit Golden Warrior was so out of my comfort zone. I’m not one to workout with others but this gym was a game changer for me. I felt comfortable from day one and I came out of my shell. I couldn’t have done it without the owner, Keisha. She is very knowledgeable and an excellent coach. She sees strength in you that you never knew you had. If you have ever thought about trying CrossFit, go for it! Don’t let fear hold you back. You won’t regret it!

This CrossFit gym is much different than any other gym that I've been to. Keisha, the owner, truly cares about her athletes. If you have ever been intimated by CrossFit or thought that it might not be for you, this is the gym for you! If you have limitations, there is always a modification you can do. She has created such a caring, judgement free atmosphere, and that is so hard to find in a gym. Her 4 week beginner On Ramp program has been amazing for people who have no idea where to start, even if you have a fitness background like myself, you will greatly benefit from this On Ramp program! I highly recommend this gym!

This place is awesome. I have worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. The trainer does everything she can to get you the best workout imaginable; even giving you alternatives when you can’t do it the original way. You are missing out of you don’t join.

I just started this class with no CrossFit experience and was very nervous for my first day but Keisha made all that nervousness go away just that first day! She is super friendly and very helpful. The environment overall feels very comfortable and completely judge free.

This gym is a community! I’ve worked out at many places and by far this is where I feel most at home. Keisha is welcoming, instructive, knowledgeable, and wants all of her athletes to succeed. All exercises can be modified for each individuals needs, any age and no matter your level of activity. Form is very important to the coaches and being a massage therapist who works on a lot of injuries, I am very happy to see such a focus on form. If you’ve been wanting to try CrossFit this is the place for you!!
