I joined this location with my Silver Sneakers membership. Most gyms are free with Silver Sneakers. The manager told me that they pay all but $20. I believed her and joined. I found out five months later that is NOT true. A basic membership is free with Silver Sneakers. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, my phone calls are completely ignored as is my request for a refund which Silver Sneakers told me to ask for. This is the reason I am giving it one star. I was lied to and management will not correct her mistake

owner of the store is trash. Nicer and better priced gyms in the area. Don’t bother coming here. Please stay away!!!! $45 a month is way too much for them to only be open weird hours a week

Great place to exercise and fitness. Close to several shops and stores in the center. Has been a easy place to stop in and check out, location is in Jeffersontown, plenty of parking and plenty of area. Nice employees and very friendly and helpful. Really nice.
