Way overpriced for being one of the few places in Mt Sterling. 2x as high monthly than Fusion fitness and 5x higher than planet fitness. Plus a $50 joining fee and yearly fee. Are the Hollywood elite going to be next to me? Very expensive for Mt Sterling, I'm sorry. Hot tub and pool would make it nice but hear they are often down and hardly open to use. Defeats the only reason for the overpriced gym.

It's a fine gym. I can not stand the heavy metal music played in there, piercing my ears. Especially at 3 a.m., and I'm the only one in there. Maybe that's why most other patrons wear earbuds.

I want to preface this by saying I love this gym and I still think it is one of the best in the area. However I have been coming here since I was 13, over half my life, and in all that time there is one major problem that has seemed to persist. Cleanliness. This gym has outstanding and modern equipment, a wet sauna a dry sauna and a jacuzzi (that albeit has been broken down for some time). With all that being said, it seems that signs would rather be hung and the responsibility for a clean gym be placed on its patrons. Patrons that don’t have access to disinfectant wipes or spray bottles. The front desk staff DO mop on a regular basis, but just the vinyl flooring walkway. Completely avoiding the deadlift/dumbbell area and the mma room.

If this place kept up with its household chores, bar-none this would be a top gym in the state

My only hesitation about 5 stars is that it shows an indoor hot tub/ jacuzzi but it has been inoperable for at least a year I was told. Very nice&

Have tried calling this place for 3 days now at all different times from morning to later in the afternoon multiple calls will not answer and their voicemail is full! I’m trying to figure out pricing and different things being a person with disabilities calling and checking before actually going there is really important for me! Sorry but I think you could just take a second to answer? Driving over a 45 minutes to get an answer I might not like is really going out of my way in 2024

I have been coming to this gym since I was 18 almost 20 years. My main reasons for coming is the steam room and the sauna. And it used to be the hot tub which has not worked in a very long time and I don't know why. The steam room has not worked properly for months and that was my favorite thing there... After almost 20 years I may have to start looking into a different gym because it seems like when things get broke they don't get fixed.

Price is outrageous! They wanted me to pay $41 monthly plus their $49 joining fee each for two 13 year olds that would only be there 6-8 days a month. Over $120 a month and $240 to start for the three of us! And not to mention the staff act like they are better than everyone, they must have forgotten they are working at a gym not a Fortune 500 company. Typical for Mt. Sterling.

First time going there, Place is great. Plenty of options to start off with, they have a good facility with many extra things like a pool or a tanning bed, and it's very friendly. Some machines were out of order, but it caused no inconvenience to me.

Love this gym. Amazing selection of free weights and machines. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's always clean!! I don't know all of the patrons, but the one's ive interacted with are super chill. The kids love the pool, and the sana and steam room is great for post workout. My wife enjoys the women's only private block. It's really a wonderful gym and a great resource for the community. Been a member for 10 years!

Lady at the desk is very rude and has a major attitude one would think if a person is spending their money on your extremely expensive membership that you would be a little nicer what ever happened to good customer service? Our town really needs a planet fitness for the teenagers as they give free membership in Winchester all summer long for teenagers My suggestion be appreciative of your customers as I’m surprised your getting them with rudeness and the extremely high priced membership along with very poor hours of operation for teenagers to be able to come after school or on weekends.
Sad this local business allows such poor service from this lady as it is not the first time she’s been rude to me when I was just inquiring about a membership too bad its the only bigger gym in town as I would not waste my time or money.
If my son could keep driving to Winchester to Planet Fitness while going to school and working I’d sure allow him to for sure.

If I could I'd give them 0 because me and my friend, went into the gym used our friends unlimited 60$ pass for the gym. And do keep in mind you can bring a guest. And it has unlimited gym use all year round. We than offered to pay for a membership. She said "no not while I'm here. I will have to contact management first." She than processed to tell my friend I am band from there. She wasn't even at the desk when we first went into the gym, me and my friend was literally in the bathroom and she comes in there being hateful saying you two need to come up front right now you used someone elses gym card. Than she accused me of stealing it. So yeah. We decided to go to plante fitness in Winchester and I love it there. This occurred on January 11, at 7pm. Its the work with the red hair.

Great gym. Clean and orderly. If you wanna get in shape or get big this is the place. Lots of equipment and 24/7 access. It's the only gym I've been where they post "no growling, or hissing"
I never knew that was a problem, but now I know and I watch for it (secretly, quietly)

I went here today and had a tour of the place. The manager Samantha was super friendly. Gave me a tour and explained to me all the different pricing on the memberships. Place looked clean. The pool area wasn't over powering with chlorine

If I could post negative stars, I would!! The owner, Mike is extremely rude and outright hateful to his long-term loyal customers! He has recently increased prices, which is fine! It happens, everyone does it! But when questioned about the increase he has lashed out on several customers that have kept him in business over the years and recruited others! We all have many gym choices, I'd rather give my money to a gym owner that wouldn't tell their customers to "drop dead" or that they weren't wanted at his gym! And again, only because the customers asked about the price increases. Overall the gym is run down and very old. If prices increase, shouldn't they also improve the old equipment??
