Started doing remodeling without putting up any signs or notifications of any kind. Drove all the way there to work out and it was empty. Wasted my time. Also lots of political stuff. Not sure why the gym needs to be politicized

My brother and I were in Russel Springs visiting family and we got their one week pass. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I'll definitely be back when I visit again.

Had a wonderful experience here! Clean, good environment, and friendly staff! 24/7 access is very convenient with a busy schedule. This gym has something for everyone. Can enjoy individual workouts, or there are opportunities for group workouts. Also conveniently located in Russell Springs.

Really great gym! A good balance of Crossfit equipment and regular gym equipment with a really cool overall space. Staff was very nice, and the 24/7 access is a really cool feature.
