The best gym in the Louisville-prospect area. The owner, Ethan, has an insane amount of knowledge around the fitness realm and has a true passion for his job.
I’ve been training here for powerlifting for over a year and have seen SO much improvements in that short time.

I have lost over 30lbs and gained 20lbs of muscle in the past 2 years. Ethan is so knowledgeable as a personal trainer he changes up our circuit work with something new all the time to keep it fresh. We laugh a lot and enjoy the grinding. This place is like fam.

Training with Eat the Weights changed everything for me. I am a professional Salsa/Bachata dance instructor and I began working with this gym in order to gain strength.
