I lost myself this August, it was like everything from 2020 caught up with me all at once. I was depressed, and overweight and I was doing nothing about it. I stumbled upon Edge Body Boot Camp on Groupon and decided to sign up for the 3 free days, but feel in love after that first 30 minute class. The training staff is very patient and caring, they walk you through every exercise. If they see you struggling they will give you a modification to make it easier. The main reason I love these classes the most is the other members. It’s not like other gyms where everyone stays to themselves. We are all in this family together, holding each other accountable and encouraging each other. It’s really the best decision I’ve ever made. Since I’ve been coming, I’m taking better care of myself. Now I feel like I’m becoming a better mother, and a better wife all in a short time.

I started at Edge Body back in July and it has been amazing so far! I recently moved to KY and needed to get back into a good fitness routine, but I wanted something different than what I did in the past. And with the pandemic going on I also wanted to feel comfortable and safe in my workout setting and Edge Body has been just that! The trainers, the encouragement from others in the class, it's all been great! Staying on track with my eating is something I'm always working on, so it's great to have the trainers do the nutrition zoom meetings and give various tips throughout the week in the classes. There's also great flexibility with class times, if you're a morning person or evening person, there is a class for you. It's very affordable and you will be amazed at what you can get done in 30 minutes! If you are looking for a place where you are encouraged, supported, and pushed to be the best version of yourself, Edge Body Boot Camp is it!

Love Edge Body Boot Camp! I have been to several gyms in the past but none of them compare to Edge Body Boot Camp. I have been with Edge for almost 6 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say! My biggest struggle when it came to working out was planning my exercises for the day. With Edge, everything is planned out and wether you do a 30 min or an hour session, you know you are making the most of your time. PEOPLE, I HAVE FOUND A HIDDEN GEM! I'm so excited I don't know where to start! When I read reviews, there are certain things that I am looking for so here you go! I joined Edge Body a little over 2 and a half months ago and I am down about 12 pounds. YEAH, you saw that right. I am a 50 year old woman who wanted to get in shape to go to Cancun. I searched other similar places, but boy am I glad that I chose Edge Body. Where do I start? Greg and his team are really a family! They care, truly care that you are getting the results that you want. They are attentive, VERY educated on exercise, weight loss and meal prepping. One of the things I love most is how personable they are with each client. The daily text messages that they send are soooooo inspiring and motivational. They consist of educational information that tells you how your body works in conjunction with their workout plan, meal prep plan, as well as how stress, hormones, and other things can affect your body and mental health. For instance, I now know the details that go into losing pounds and how everything that they teach ties into it. Ask any person (man or woman) who is a client and they will tell you the same exact thing! I look forward to learning more and dropping more weight as I move forward. SO IMPRESSED!

I have been a member at edge body for 2 months now and absolutely love it! All of the instructors and the other members have been so unbelievably supportive and KIND! What is most helpful to me is the fact that they have SO many class times offered each day and at just 30 minutes, it's hard to find an excuse to not fit it into your schedule at some point. I would recommend this gym to anyone, at any fitness level. Truly an all encompassing gym owned and lead by people who care about you as an individual and take the time to get to know you! 15/10!

I was enjoying my time with this facility.... but now it just seems like it’s all about money. When Covid hit I was unemployed for a while and it caused me to be behind on bills. The owner stated he has been contacting me, but I didn’t receive one call from them about paying for anything. I also tried to get out of my contract so I can be able to save money but of course he wouldn’t let that happen. So now I’m paying $99 a month for session I don’t want to so anymore and that I can not afford!!

From the moment I sat down at orientation to start my 6 weeks challenge, I knew this was the place for me. I was successful in my challenge and signed up for a membership. I love the one on ones, the personal text messages, the reminders, and I just love the app that we use to schedule our classes as well it keeps track of our attendance. All the coaches are AWESOME, and there's so much positivity in the classes. At the present, I haven't attended because of a recent surgery. My doctor said that I could return on the 23rd of February, and I CAN"T WAIT! I have genuinely missed it, thanks Edge Body for giving me the motivation to do this.

I have been a member of Edge for a little over 2 months. I was really looking to change my workout routine and wanted a place where I could get a good mix of cardio and strength training. Well, this is it! Workouts each day have their own focus (upper body, lower body, core, etc). The coaches are very encouraging and supportive. They engage with you during workouts to ensure proper form and will also suggest modifications if you can't do certain exercises. They are also very knowledgeable on nutrition and will make sure you have everything that you need to be successful in whatever your goals are. I was nervous about trying something new, but am so glad I did!

I had just signed up for 6 personal training sessions and the use of the facility for 1mo right as the first wave of the pandemic hit and closures were mandated. I was able to complete 4 PT sessions and wasn’t able to workout any. I lost momentum and motivation. Coupled with some trouble in my marriage and a loss of income, things weren’t too good for me right then. So I had spoken to the owner Greg about canceling as I had a lot going on and I’d reassess when things retuned to normal for both myself and for COVID. He understood or so I thought. 6 months go by and I receive an unauthorized charge on my card for the next month of gym time. I call and ask why my card was charged end of November when I hadn’t been in to see him since March/April and he said it was my responsibility to cancel via email and states “he’s gotta get paid.” My assessment of my verbal cancellation was wrong. So he got paid alright. On a technicality no less. He got $399.00 for FOUR 30min PT sessions and not one single day of gym time. The last charge was for a month never used. Greg is a nice enough guy but is scatterbrained and lacks focus with one on one training. Tries to do too much and it shows. Nice dude, bad business. Clean facility. I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth.

The large range of class times makes this facility the perfect place for anyone. The workouts are structured and you’ll feel the workout almost immediately. I was introduced to Edge Body via Groupon April 2016. I can't pass up a deal and had been feeling the winter chunk so thought, hey why not. I bought a 6 week membership and was instantly hooked. I ended up purchasing their 6 month membership once my Groupon ended and I'm still going at it over a year later. Let me just say, I LOVE it.

What drew me to Edge Body were the various bootcamp times. I work until 4:30 and having a 6:30-7:30 class makes my life stress free and easy. It's wonderful! You're required to attend an orientation before jumping into any classes. During this you learn about the policies and expectations of the company, along with scheduling a one on one visit with the owner, Greg. During your appointment, he takes measurements of parts of your body (neck, thigh, waist, hips, etc), your weight and your BMI. This is for tracking purposes so you know later what progress you've made. He checks in with you on average once a month, but doesn't mind more frequent sessions. Once orientation is complete, you're ready to rock and roll. Each day has a theme. Monday/Friday: total body, Tuesday: leg, Wednesday: core/cardio and Thursday: arms. The exercises vary each week and the afternoon instructors (varies between Greg, Nick and the new guy Will) spend their time explaining moves and encouraging you.

I've definitely seen results in my muscle definition and energy levels. A friend last November asked me to run a 5K with her and despite having not ran in months, I completed it faster than I had ever before [plus, I despise running] and it's all because of Edge Body Boot Camp classes getting me in top physical shape.

Edge Body makes you excited to go to the gym because you know the participants and trainers will greet you with a smile and friendly banter, all the while kicking your booty into shape. Don't miss out on a life-changing experience with Edge Body!

Win ! Win! Win! This is a company that is a triple win, because they show they care about you, and the community, and results. There is a variety of fitness abilities present and always a challenge. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and encouraging. Greg, the owner donates his time and talent on Saturdays to give back to the community. Every camper brings in a canned good. Also then there is the Charity Weight Loss Challenge that gives to a local organization. Come check it out, you will be greeted with a smile. Edge Body Boot Camp has changed my life for the better! I was sick and tired of being sick and tired so I joined using a Groupon. I liked it so much that I stayed and it has almost been a year. Edge Body Boot Camp Louisville is two words, Greg Claycomb. I met Greg in September of 2013. I was looking for a new personal trainer. I have worked with PTs for over 7 years, but I was becoming bored and discouraged. Greg’s first question was, “What are your goals?” I don’t recall any of my previous PTs asking me that very important question. I suppose I knew then that I had found my Personal Trainer. I had my first session with Greg in October. I am now 35 pound lighter and at 63, I feel better than I have felt in years. I am 6 pounds away from my next goal, which with Greg’s clean meal plan and his constant encouragement, I plan to reach by July 16th. I began this journey with PT sessions 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I was ready for Edge Body Boot Camp in 3 months. This workout is insane and is definitely worth your time if you are looking for a way to lose weight and tone up! I love every minute of it and have seen results after just a short period of time of doing the workout!
