The best place to workout! Coming here every morning is one of my favorite things of the day. Excellent workouts, childcare/child friendly, welcoming atmosphere. They cheer you on and encourage you throughout the whole workout. The trainers show you how to do everything and if you forget you can just walk up and ask them and they’ll show you again! I haven’t worked out in years and I’m so glad that I started here instead of another gym where I have to figure everything out myself.

Edge Body Bootcamp is an amazing gym with more support than you could imagine. All of the coaches are incredible and so knowledgeable about fitness and how to get you to your goals. It’s welcoming for kids and overall a great place to come when you need to disconnect from life and focus on yourself. When I first came to Edge I wasn’t sure. I was use to your basic gym with classes. Edge is more than that tho. As you continue to go to the bootcamp style classes, you see the same faces and those faces become your friends and encouragers. Those hard classes are done with those friends, who make you laugh, because we are all struggling together. But, we always finish and come back wanting more. I love the extra push I get there, especially the extra challenge programs they have. Those challenges pushed me to work harder, gain strength/stamina, and lose 25 lbs.
So, thank you Edge and all the Trainers who make all the classes and pushes us to do better! And of course making it fun!

Great environment for everyone whether it’s your first time or you 100th time in the gym. The workout programs and challenges keep it interesting. Edge is the BEST thing that has happened to me, in my fitness journey. I wasn’t a fan of traditional gyms or really even working out. I was gaining weight, felt crummy, and just generally needed to work on my health. I joined EBBC in February but didn’t adjust my diet. I could tell a difference and I was definitely starting to feel better but results weren’t coming as quickly as I would’ve liked. I joined the Summer Shred and I have loved it! The shred has shown me how to eat healthy, without forgoing the things that I love. I’m still able to have all my favorites but I’m more aware of what fuel my body needs. I feel SO much better and I feel so much more informed about what I’m eating. Some things are such simple substitutions and I will never go back to how I was living. I have burned fat, toned muscle, and overall lost inches simply from following simple macros.
Jules teaches you all about macros, weight loss, and how important it is to fuel your body with what it needs. She is always there to answer questions, day or night. Having a plan and having people to hold you accountable makes all the difference. I was told results are made in the kitchen and I couldn’t agree more! I can tell I’m getting so much stronger in (and out of) the gym - mentally, and physically! The Shred isn’t just physical, it is mental just as much. I had to make a choice for myself and Jules shared early on, that time was going to pass no matter how we responded and it made me really consider where I wanted to be 6 weeks from now. I’m so glad I took the plunge and I am so happy not only with my results but to keep working on my goals! EBBC as a whole is great and there’s no place I’d rather spend an hour a day. Exercise is hard, “dieting” is hard, but EBBC and the group that comes with it, makes the process so much more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend - come sweat with me … it’s just your fat crying 😉

I’ve been at Edge for just over six months. I had tried a typical gym membership, an On-Demand service, and just “doing it on my own” before to help get back to a place of healthy activity. None of that worked - I didn’t have community, accountability, or drive to do more. When a good friend encouraged me to try Edge I figured “why not, the first week is free”! Within that week, I knew I had found something worth sticking around for. Now, I couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else! The trainers are top-notch. They motivate you, keep you from hurting yourself, and keep the workouts fresh and effective. The community is amazing - full of encouragement and not judgment! I highly, highly recommend checking out Edge - you won’t regret it!

Been going to this gym for about 10 months now. They knew my name when I first got there and made sure to acknowledge me every time I walked in. The fact that I do not have to choose going to the gym over being with my child is the best. Being able to take my daughter with me everyday is amazing! The workouts are intense but are explained and modified to fit anyone of any level!! The community keeps me going everyday. This place is amazing!!!!

I’ve been at this gym since January and I love it’s versatility. I can do sit ups with my toddler or let him play with friends and crush a workout. Every thirty minutes the workout changes so you can always catch one and don’t feel behind. Also, if you loathe something (running 🥵) then you can always push through knowing it’s almost over!

Edge Body Boot Camp is by far the best gym in town! I’ve been a member for several years and I’ve never had one regret since walking through those door! Edge is more than just a gym, we are a community, a family! The workouts differ from day to day and are perfect for any fitness level, each exercise has a modification if it’s too difficult! I love that the trainers are there to lift you up and encourage you! They never make you feel bad if you can’t do something, they help you be able to achieve it! I 100/10 recommend this gym!

I cannot sing this place’s praises enough!!! They are inclusive of EVERYONE, from beginners to those venturing into high intensity workouts. They help you modify moves if you need adjustments, they welcome kiddos in their childcare room, and they are always pushing you to increase your strength and stamina. The staff is all so friendly, and I truly feel like I’ve made the best of friends there. After having three kiddos, this was exactly the place I needed to go to get back into shape. I’ve been going to Edge for about 2 months now. My wife has gone for several years, but I never felt like it was for me. I don’t typically like working out, especially at a gym, but I’ve really enjoyed it at Edge. I like that I don’t have to walk in and look at a bunch of machines that I don’t know how to use and figure out a workout on my own. The workouts are different every day, so I don’t get bored of doing the same thing. The HIIT style workouts are always challenging, but not impossible (exercises can always be modified if needed). There are 4 different trainers and they’ve all been great. The thing I’ve liked the most is the community of people and individual friendships I’ve made. I’d definitely recommend Edge if you want to get in better shape, be healthier all around and workout with a community of people who will encourage and support you.
