Extremely misleading and predatory subscription/membership, be very careful signing up online, because you are forced to come in person to cancel, not sure as to why, they have all your information from online sign up, I can only imagine why, but this is not a way to do business and they've lost mine completely, all I wanted was to cancel my membership because I had moved on to another gym, but now its a big ordeal, the FTC and the new KY Subscription/Automatic Renewal Law protects against this kind of stuff, also you will get charged a 25$ deposit regardless of if you get a key fob or not, even though it states its due ONLY annually on Dec 15th, but wait theres more, the "Month to Month no contracts" pledge on their own website is actually false, your actually entering a annual contract that is charged per month and ends every year, I hope this helps people, I will never set foot in this place again.

Too many people without memberships being let in by their friends. Gets annoying when you pay your dues and are having to wait for others to get off the equipment that aren't even paying. They really need staff there until about 10-11pm each night that actually enforces memberships and checks them. A lot of people will come in once they leave at 8pm during the weekdays and 6pm on the weekends. It would probably also help if there was a desk right in the front where people have to actually check in with workers during staffed hours. They've put up signs in the past saying they would ban peoples memberships if they're caught letting people in, but that didn’t work and I honestly doubt they actually banned anybody.

Overall, the gym is just mid. There aren't a lot of options in Georgetown for gyms unfortunately. People don't have much of a choice on where to go.
