I like the Bellevue KY location. I'm disappointed that l found out from a woman in the elevator that this location is closing at the end of the month. I never received notification, and nothing is posted at this location. I enjoy using the walking track, which the others near me don't provide.

This overdue review highlights my disappointment with the gym's decline since I joined in 2009. Compared to my other two much cleaner gyms, this one falls short. Quick fixes are rare here, and the overall cleanliness, especially in locker rooms, leaves much to be desired. Despite the potential to be the best gym in Cincinnati/North Kentucky, it appears rundown at first glance. The lack of a warm welcome and distracted front desk staff further diminish the overall experience, making it the opposite of what it could be.

Been a member here through 3 name changes… since Esporta took over, half the treadmills need service, belts slipping, etc. the Cardio cinema almost never works, and staff doesn’t seem to care. At least the weights and cable equipment are in decent shape… that’s why i gave 3 stars

I’ve been working out here for 2 years and I can’t wait to be able to find a better gym. They lack a lot of equipment that most Esportas have around the country. The men’s locker room has no paper towels!!! So you have to bring your own if you want to dry off after the gym. They also keep the temperature pretty cool for it to be a gym makes it less comfortable to wear tanks and shorts

This is one of the dirtiest gyms in the area. The locker room is filthy. The toilets are always splattered with excrement. The floors strewn with trash. The showers are disgusting.
Seems they put little to no effort into cleaning anything and now they have removed all paper towels from the gym floor and replaced them with cheap, thin wipes that frequently run out.

I love this gym, but about 2 weeks ago we switched to cleaning wipes instead of a bottle and paper towels. There’s not enough dispensers, leading to people not cleaning the equipment. They also have been out and not restocking the wipes. The mats are beginning to smell. Sweaty people with no cleaning does not mix well.

It’s been a rough 2 weeks. They switched to these “pre-moistened” paper towels for wiping machines down. They’re dried out and don’t actually clean anything. Then there was a solid 5 days in which every stall in the men’s shower didn't have soap in the dispensers. Management isn’t keeping up with basic essentials. Very disappointing.

ESporta used to be LA Fitness. I belonged to this particular gym about 8 years ago.

It’s a solid place with everything you could need including free weights, indoor track, plyo boxes, wood floor studios which are open to use when there aren’t classes, a 25yd pool, and sauna.

This is arguably the best ESporta in the Cincinnati area in terms of amenities. It does not get 5 stars, because it cannot touch the feel and service of a privately owned facility.

No problems with this gym. It’s a great place to get in shape.

This Esporta is awesome. I love the location, it's perfectly located so that you can watch the Ohio river move along as you get some cardio in or lift weights and people watch and enjoy the rolling hills of NKY.
The employees are friendly and kind. The amenities are awesome, you have to try out the Sauna. As a woman, I love that they offer a "women's only" section, it's especially nice if the gym is crowded and you need a little space.

I've been told at this location that the 25$ membership has two free guest passes and that's why I signed up in the first place. As enjoy bringing a gym partner with me. I've been to countless LA Fitness/Esporta locations all across the country and I can truly say that this location is world-class. Hundreds of new equipment spread out on two floors of massive loft-style layouts, treadmills and yoga/dance rooms with amazing views overlooking the river, a private fully-equipped women's work-out room, a race track, cycling rooms with theatre-style screens, a unique locker room atypical to the usual Esporta formats that you see everywhere, and showers with handheld spouts that have five different water settings. Experience so good, I considered moving to KY just to be able access this everyday. You guys have no idea how good you have it lol.

Very crowded. New GM sucks, I took my lunch break today to come in and cancel my membership because I was told 'Chad' is the only one that can do it, M-F 9-5. The gym is very nice and tidy, especially the upper floor dedicated to aerobic sports such as walking and running is spacious and gives you multiple options to choose the right exercise for you, whether you want to walk or run, be on a device or walk around the gym from above, as well as the view overlooking the river is very beautiful.. It's an LA Fitness.... like every other gym in this chain, it has its up periods, and its down periods. I'd say the Bellevue location is one of the more consistent gyms for cleanliness.
Shoutout to most of the staff for actually walking around the gym and telling people to wear their masks through most of the KY mask mandate during the covid-19 pandemic.
I really only go here because it has more freeweights than Planet Fitness, is significantly less crowded than Crunch, and there are lots of gyms in the chain around the country

I’m VERY pleased with the gym so far. The ONLY downfall I’ve had so far is them trying to sell me into a trainer program. I was told the day of signing up that I had to make an appointment with Andrew to finish up membership stuff. Wasn’t sure what that was but I didn’t think much of it. Turns out he had to reschedule and told me he had a great work out for me. When I told him I didn’t need a work out, I already have a trainer and just want to come to do my own thing he didn’t take no for an answer so whatever I met with him. He went over some information with me about fitness. We did two exercises and went over my goals. He tried to use my goals as a way into getting me to buy a training program. He kept saying “wanting to look good in your clothes and bathing suits” and “if I was paying for a trainer I’d want to see results” I’m 146 (his scale said 149)... I look and feel just fine in my clothes and bathing suits, my trainer is VERY good and educated and has a degree in what she does and has provided me with more than enough help to give me progress. I was very annoyed because he kept trying to convince me and I’m not sure how many times I had to say no. I just want to come to the gym, do my own thing, my own routines that I pay someone to make up for me already and leave. Other than that I absolutely love it so far. I will probably just try to avoid this employee as he seems to think everyone’s goal is to be ripped.

No racks to actually rack your weights so just random plates all over the place. Plus different brands of weights which is annoying. Machine selections are great. Sauna is terrible. Registers around 130 - 25 minutes in there and you don’t sweat. Plus my niece was yelled at for sipping her protein in the sauna from some gymtards and they yelled at her for not having a towel in there. Doubt she Joins and I prob won’t be back at that location.

The structure is nice and modern the equipment is old and it shows. I heard that this place use 2 be 3 or more gyms prior 2 being an lafitness and it looks like that kept something from each prior gym. The restrooms and locker rooms r modern. Also no whirlpool 😔
