Fit Factory is a buy out of Fitness One who had amassed over 800 members. FF moved to its own smaller building and crowded floor space. The locker, sauna, shower, and restroom facility area is tiny. The sauna is an improperly installed joke. The building, floor space, and facilities are not designed to house or accommodate the membership level of its former location.

Great gym with great atmosphere. All the people are cool & give great advice, the machines work very well, the pretty girl at the counter is always nice to me when I walk in, and everyone is so cool. I only wish that they had a punching bag & a little more space. Other than that, everything is great

Pretty decent gym. Reasonable amount of equipment. If you go in the morning be mentally prepared for the old crowd that doesn't know how to clean and put back what they use though. They need to fix a few things too, like the stair stepper and a couple treadmills as well as the "never worked since I started going there"

Nice gym not very busy around the hrs of 12-4pm. Good variety of free weights and workout machines.
With a decent variety of supplements at a reasonable price.
Bonus it has a working sana
