The studio offers a variety of classes, Pilates with a yoga twist is my favorite, and is a very inclusive space for all. The instructors are fantastic and really know how to make you work while having a blast!

If you would like to try Pilates? This is the place to be. After several sessions of Pelvic Floor Therapy, my Physical Therapist said that Pilates is the only type of exercise she recommends for women. I tried classes at other places, but found an immediate home at Fit Philosophie. We work hard AND have fun. No place I’d rather be. Cannot say thanks enough to these incredible women for making me feel strong again! 💪🏼

Jen and the entire Fit Philosophie team always provide great, thorough workouts. They are very inclusive and help each person work up to their own potential. I met Jen many years ago when she was doing classes at another gym. Since then, I've followed her wherever she's gone. Fit Philospohie is the best!

Working with Jen and all the staff at Fit Philosophie has been a game changer! Knowledgeable, fun instructors with diverse class formats offered throughout the week are available at convenient times and are never the same twice! The quality of instructors and workout variation along w class schedules that fit my needs kept me hooked even after I moved to FL. Now I simply Zoom in and continue with my daily classes. I’ve been going here for 10 years, through 2/3 pregnancies, and even a cross country move, when I’d come
back and workout on business trips. My favorite classes are yoga with a Pilates twist, yoga sculpt and sound off yoga. If you want higher impact, there are great TRX and HIIT options too.

I started my fitness program 4 years ago at Fit Philosophie and my results have been unbelievable. In that time I have worked out with a number of the certified trainers and tried different classes to keep things interesting! I have lost over 30lbs and I'm stronger now than I was when I was 36. Tailored programs and expert oversight to ensure I'm doing the exercises correctly have been two of the keys to my success!
