Great place, clean, owner is very nice, and this is 24/7 to fit your schedule. We are seeing a personal trainer, M Ferguson, and he is perfect for what we need! He really takes time to listen to me, and takes my injuries into account. He pushes me to finish, but not past my breaking point. I highly recommend a visit. The best gym in Frankfort. They have a great variety of equipment and everything is clean. Smells clean. My only complaint is some of the equipment needs repairs.

I came to this gym and I wanted to get more information. I'm outside of the gym. There's a piece of paper tape that says to ring the doorbell. If you were not a gym member and I did that several times. Nobody came to the door to answer and no one answered the phone either. This was a very bad first impression of this gym location after I've heard great things. I left a voicemail and I'm expecting to hear back, but otherwise this review will remain to let others know that they are not very responsive.

Edited : and apparently the owner doesn't work there and has to make excuses that someone was supposed to be there at 10 AM and it's not and that's the excuse

This gym is huge! It has all the equipment you will need, whether you're looking to compete in Strongman or bodybuilding, or just stay in shape. It's pretty much the polar opposite to a Planet Fitness and I definitely recommend it!

The most amazing gym in Frankfort! There is a wide variety of expertise here and everyone is welcome. I find the price to be very affordable and love the fact that I can access it at all hours of the day as well. If you have been on the fence about joining a gym because you weren't sure about your level of knowledge or facing judgement, this truly is a phenomenal choice, where the owners and coaches go out of their way to educate and help you grow!

They have a wide variety of equipment and multiples of most things. If you can't find the right stuff for your work out here that's on you. The strong man/power lifting area is awesome. There is even a CrossFit box.

I don't work out but the place look clean and all the equipment to get in shape. I was there because FIT4LIFE hosted a America Red Cross blood drive. And hope they host another. But for people who love to work out at the gym this would be your place.

Awesome gym! The thing I love the most about this gym is the ungodly amount of space that you have! There are a lot of machines and so much space that rarely will I ever have to wait for somebody to get done using a machine before I can use it!

The staff is extremely friendly, and Jennifer, the owner, was ever willing to explain to me anything I had questions on and has a very hospitable and friendly attitude!

They have a good-sized strongman area too which is loaded with rubber plates and specialized equipment, great for doing deadlifts here!

I will continue recommending this gym to my friends, the transparency and friendliness size of this gym make it the best gym I've been to!

When you say 24hrs access you should say that is for members only. Some one like myself front out of town that had to walk to workout that's no fun walking back to hotel when mindset was to workout.

I'm glad this place is here. Cheaper than the YMCA -- no pool, however -- very friendly place to work out. Awesome weight benches and weight machines! Range of ages work out here. Appears to be lots of options for the hard core Cross fit junkies, too.

I wish I could pack this gym up with my luggage every time I have to leave town. This is a stellar place to work out, and they have added so much recently, new classes, and a shake bar. Highly recommend working out here wether you live here or swinging through town.

Amazing place with an amazing service. The family behind this place are great, even their son who can catch working here sometimes. I would recommend this place to anyone. I never used them but they also have some of the best trainers that Frankfort has to offer. Check out the Davey Mcan classes, never went to one but I work with that guy and if you seen him, you would be able to tell he obviously knows what he is doing. Plus this place started to offer their very own shake bar for pre workouts, post workouts and during workout shakes that are amazing. It's called The 7 bar. They have odd hours but all in all this place holds great people and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable
