This full body, high intensity, but low impact workout is sure to increase you endurance, balance, flexibility and strength.

Our team of instructors are trained to modify any exercise, so no mater where you are in your fitness journey, you can do this workout! Our instructors will motivate you to give it your all, while keeping your body safe!

Flex50 has been such a fun workout! I have tried lots of different pilates variants and I always come back to flex50. The different levels of classes make the workouts approachable and allow growth while challenging you as well. I love the cardio and strength required in a level 2 that leaves me shaking and the also have the ability to reset in a flex and flow class . Each instructor is so knowledgeable and really brings their own style to their class so you're never bored and classes don't feel repetitive. I can not recommend it enough for a great workout and a awesome community of people.

I’ve been consistently attending Flex50 classes since they opened, and I continue to love each class! All of the instructors are welcoming and helpful. There are a variety of classes offered, and plenty of modifications provided to adjust intensity as needed. Classes are challenging and fun whether it’s your 1st or 100th! One of the few workout classes I genuinely look forward to!

I have been a member for about 5 months. I highly recommend Flex50. The instructors are great & very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very welcoming & not intimidating at all. Even my sons enjoy going! I have done many types of workouts over the years & this is the best one I’ve found for myself. Do yourself a favor & check it out! You will not be disappointed.

Love this Pilates studio. I had a hard time finding one in the area I truly liked until Flex50 opened. It’s a good mix of traditional Pilates movement while incorporating strength and cardio to make it a little more fast paced at times. They have different levels so good for beginners as well. The owners, Alexis and Sheri, are so sweet and welcoming

I have been a member for around two months this summer, and I love my experience so far! I used to do reformer Pilates for around two years, but I stopped as I got bored with the exercise routine. Thankfully, I found this place! Flex 50 is the perfect way to get back in as it combines pilates with cardio and strength - there are so many variety and I don’t think I will ever get bored working out here honestly. It’s fun and also appropriately challenging. The instructors are also nice, welcoming AND clear with their verbal instructions.

I’ve been a member here for over four months now and absolutely love it. The studio is so welcoming - no matter your experience level, it never feels intimidating. All the instructors are great: supportive, knowledgeable, and
all have their own ways of teaching - which make the classes feel different each day in a great way. Class sizes are capped at ten, which makes it feel personal but still fun and energetic. There are many options for time slots and class levels to choose from, so it’s super easy to work into any schedule. Their prices are really reasonable and they offer great deals regularly. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I am simply obsessed. The classes are a great mix of strength, stretching, and a little bit of cardio depending on the level you choose. The coaches are all extremely welcoming and quick to teach/explain to any newcomers I bring to class. I look forward to my workouts and am a huge fan of the different class offerings. I almost didn’t write this review because, selfishly, I wanted to keep this incredible Xformer Pilates studio my little secret. But it’s just too good not to share!
This workout has given me hands-down the fastest results I’ve ever seen—and trust me, I’ve tried it all: HIIT, spinning, yoga, barre, weightlifting...you name it. What makes this so special is how it masterfully combines strength training, cardio, and Pilates all in one super-effective (and surprisingly fun!) low-impact session. My body feels stronger, leaner, and more toned than ever, without the wear-and-tear of high-impact workouts.
The owner and instructors are phenomenal—seriously some of the best! They’re not only motivating but laser-focused on form, which is so important to prevent injuries and get the most out of every move. You feel supported, challenged, and totally empowered every step of the way.
If you’re thinking about trying it, DO IT. I can’t recommend this studio enough. Just be prepared to get addicted to the results!
