Beautiful place, warm and welcoming people (both students and teacher) and a delicious practice every time you visit. The instructors take the time to carefully craft classes to increase your body awareness, expand your breath and still your mind. Each class I discover something new and keep appreciating the practice more and more.

Found myself wanting to do yoga more regularly and happened upon this little community. Almost a year in and I haven’t stopped looking forward to my time in this space—so much so that I finally took the plunge into yoga teacher training through Nu School. Forum is a gem and beautiful place to practice. 20/10

Clear instructions every time! Accessible yet challenging. And infrared panels on a chilly night. What more could you ask for in a yoga class.

Walking into this studio last year was the best decision I ever made.
The studio aesthetic is inviting, calming, and clean. The classes are approachable and accessible for all levels of experience. Class times accommodate various work schedules with early AM, midday or evening classes. The teachers are knowledgeable, personable and have created a community for learning and growth regardless of your yoga background. Whether you’re looking for a sweat, improved mobility, expanded knowledge of the practice, or a community. You’ll find it at Forum. Thank you for being here :)

Forum is a studio that allows you to show up as your authentic self no matter where you are spiritually, mentally, or physically. They embody their core values through and through and I am a huge fan of entities that practice what they preach. I highly recommend Forum Modern Yoga to anyone looking to find out more about their body and mind.

Forum is incredible. It's warm and welcoming from the second you walk in. I feel so at home and I always feel safe to struggle, succeed, grow, and learn. A zero judgement space with so many options for classes at good times that have made my whole yoga journey incredible.

Would love to start classes but no one answers the phone, the voicemail box is full and both entrances are always locked.

Forum is an awesome place for yoga, wellness, and community. Christina runs an organized shop and hosts her staff and students in a warm, open studio. The studio is clean, spacious, and modern. Classes and packages are reasonably priced and they often offer specials.
The staff is great; Benim is well-practiced and often participates in the class routines (...because she goes hard in the paint...and because she wants to give a good visual cue of poses). She shows genuine interest in students' well-being and offers tips throughout class in a non-invasive way.
Kendall is also an excellent teacher. Her Sunday RnR class was a wonderful recovery after a physically active weekend, for me, and put me in a calm headspace heading into Monday.
Thanks for what you all do, and for doing it with excellence!

Forum Modern Yoga is exactly the kind of studio I've been craving in Lexington. The Practice class with Christina is the perfect blend of challenging and attainable. That class gives the space to grow and expand into, while also allowing you to meet yourself on the mat exactly where you are. Wonderful classes, teachers, atmosphere, and community!

Forum deserves more than 5 stars. Immediately upon walking in you are greeted by friendly faces and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I was lucky enough to complete my YTT with Christina, and I am beyond grateful for my experience. Trainings, workshops, and classes at Forum are impossible to beat! The teachers are all absolutely incredible, talented, and a wealth of knowledge. There’s a class for everyone! I recently took the r&r with Kendall and her reading at the end of class was so spot on it gave me chills. You won’t find a better yoga community in Lexington (or probably anywhere else). I highly recommend dropping in and checking them out. You’ll be so glad that you did.

Quite literally the most perfect yoga studio! Forum has created a space for movement, learning, and community. I have loved every class I have taken. They offer a stellar range of classes at convenient times during the morning and evening. My favorite is The Practice 2.0 which includes mobility. This has been a game changer for my running. The teachers at Forum so knowledgeable about movement patterns and are so intentional with their sequences. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn how my body moves, how to strengthen my body, and to feel supported in my practice. Seriously, go to Forum! You won’t want to go anywhere else.

I completed the 200 hour teacher training in 2021 and it has provided me a strong body ever since. The classes teach you how to be in tune with your body’s movements without looking in a mirror. There is a huge variety of classes at the studio and everyone is so nice and welcoming. I really love this community!

Christina is so knowledgeable when it comes to movement and the human body. This is no fluffy yoga. You come here to learn, to strengthen your body and mind, to find your breath and connect with your soul. She has assembled a group of instructors that far exceed my expectations. They really go above and beyond in their practice. This is the best yoga studio in Lexington.

I love Forum Modern Yoga and am very excited to continue taking classes here! The space is comfortable and inviting and the people are too. I took Benim’s Mellow Practice class and it was excellent. It was a great way to reintroduce myself to yoga after an injury and it was easy to see how much care and dedication she puts into planning each of her classes. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I haven't worked out since before my 5 year old was born so saying I'm out of shape is an understatement. Benim has been so supportive and motivating as I get into taking better care of myself. She helps me with my form and gives me options for beginners on the more difficult poses. I feel PHENOMENAL when I leave her class!
