Best gym on Fort Campbell. Truly a gym that can be utilized to make a functional soldier athlete.

More of a crossfit type gym. The bench press room is a little janky as well as the other smaller rooms. Probably the only gym on post that allows or doesn't mind us using chalk as long as we clean up after.

Always empty! It's the main reason I go. Its laid out as a crossfit gym which I'm not a fan of but hey, if you're the only one going, feel free to do whatever you want. Tons of bars and plates available, dumbbells and some cardio equipment. They have tires, ropes and rings too

If you are lifting or into CrossFit style workouts, this is the best gym on post. You have all the equipment you need; rowers, bumper plates, racks for squatting, ropes, kettle bells, whatever you need. There's also a room for stretching, a small cardio room, and a side room with more traditional squat racks. It does get crowded from the physical readiness training times on Fort Campbell: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Other than that, plenty of space and equipment.
