Workouts are challenging and approachable. Coaching is always top notch with solid warm-up and new routines to try. Movements are always explained and the people that attend are really awesome people. I think this gym offers solid class structure with active lifestyle movements. If you are a sucker for new equipment, provided showers, and the Highlands charm, this is one of those gyms to visit.

Exceptional gym in every aspect. I joined Full Tilt a few months back and have enjoyed every visit/interaction since. The work out plan is thoughtful, functional, and adjustable to all levels. The coaching staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Class schedule has so many options, and the community of members & trainers make working out feel less like a chore and more like a welcomed hour of the day. The facility and equipment are brand new and always clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Awesome gym with a great coaching staff! The programming is dialed in to where it's balanced and just hard enough, without being crazy. Everyone feels welcomed and enjoys working out together. Highly recommend!

I've been working out at Full Tilt for a month or two. I came from many years of xfit-style background, and even more years training myself after other places closed. I can do it alone - but I don't want to. Bottom line, I work harder and have more fun experiencing workouts with other people.
As a woman, I have felt totally comfortable and treated like an athlete at this gym. That's important. No talking down, no mansplaining, but they've made sure my form was top notch. I also love how close it is to my house in the Highlands.
Looking forward to more workouts! I think Full Tilt is really conscientious about overtraining, and that's reflected in the fact that the workouts are intense but I can usually still go up and down my apartment stairs the next day. That wasn't always the case at other gyms. This seems sustainable. The trainers have also gone above and beyond, suggesting workouts I can do at home during periods when I more extreme stress than usual between school and jobs. It makes me feel like they care. Owner has always been super responsive to questions.

Well equipped gym with a lot of space. I attended a partner class and it was so much fun!
The coaching staff helped my partner and I with form and some modifications as we we’re relatively new to this style of workout. But we felt welcomed and will definitely be attending more classes. 10/10 recommend checking this out for yourself.

Super new gym. Ryan (owner) has a great vision for a gym focused on advancing health and fitness in the context of a supportive community. Class programming focuses on HIIT/functional fitness that's providing optimal balance of strength, resistance, cardio, and mobility. (Huge factor for me.) Newly renovated facility is inspiring. ALL brand new equipment (Rogue). Coaches are trained, very experienced, and highly supportive of individual experience and ability levels. Incredibly thrilled to have this new premier gym option!
