I love Good Health Fitness! Been a member since 2020. They have wonderful staff and their manager, Allison, is the best! She is so sweet and kind! She really cares about people and will do whatever she can to help others. I truly appreciate all of her kindness and help through the years! They have a wide variety of equipment, awesome massage chairs and water massage tables. They also have red light and vibration therapy, as well as standup and laydown tanning beds. We recently moved to Nicholasville and switched to this gym from a chain in Lexington. The location is so much easier for us and while it's often busy, it's never been so crowded we feel we can't complete our workout. Very glad we switched.

Lets face it, exercise is hard. But our body needs it! It's important and urgent to my health. This gym has it all, from infrared beds, tanning beds, massage beds to excellent gym equipment. I use the 30 minute circuit for a full body exercise and I use the stair climber for cardio health. You could get lost here for hours taking care of your mind and body. Very inviting atmosphere where everyone is friendly and helpful. I don't feel judged or out of place, and I'm a recovering stroke patient.

Have been going for a number of years. The prices are decently cheap, the people are friendly (specifically Missy is a very kind employee), and the gym has various other things like massage chairs & beds, red light therapy, and tanning beds. The only real downside is the lack of certain gym equipment. While there is a row of dumbbells and smith machines, most of the gym equipment consists of machines and cardio. On top of that some gym equipment need minor maintenance. Overall, in terms of current gyms in the area, this is the best.

Honestly the best gym you could go to for the price. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The actual facilities are amazing, lockerooms are clean, come equipped with showers, and lockers (bring your own lock 🙂). You can work out basicly any muscle, most machines in the gym tell you what they do, how to use them, and there's tons of space to move around! Also, of course the gym is always open to members no matter the time. While I have only a silver membership, for all the value I get out of it is entirely worth it, even without all the bells and whistles of the gold membership.

TLDR: If you're looking for your forever gym, this is this the spot 😄

Pros: Decently clean, safe gym. Have most equipment. Could use extra kettlebells and bands. They have lots of free weights and benches. Lots of mirrors so you’re not stuck in one section to watch yourself if you need to watch what you’re doing. Bathrooms/locker rooms are always in great condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price. Comparable to a planet fitness membership. You get 3 free visits before joining.

Cons: Their mats are thin and poor quality, and worn. Could use an upgrade to a thicker, sturdier mat. There is not a designated space to do mat workouts. There is a small corner in the back, but make sure you use it before the week night silver class. They use that space and leave zero room for any floor workouts. The building just doesn’t have the square footage to support a designed open area. Unless they get rid of the tanning beds and hydromassage area. Which, would probably hurt membership due to their frequent use.

I’ve tried every gym in Nicholasville. They all have their pros and cons. However, this gym has the most up to date equipment, best price point, best atmosphere. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to join a gym.

Price is low for what all you have access to. I love that the staff is there if you need them but they are never pushy. Very friendly people and everything is clean. I also never feel intimidated as there are people of all body shapes and ages!

24/7 access, CLEAN facility, great atmosphere and friendly staff. With the GH express membership, members can use the tanning beds
( which are same great beds as a nearby tanning salon) and the red light therapy fitness stand up booth, when the staff is there. This is a great place to go, it doesnt matter what fitness level you are at. Something for everyone!

I've been reluctant to join a gym, but I was recommended to Good Health by an acquaintance who teaches a class here. I had no idea the fees would be so reasonable. There are plenty of all sorts of machines to work the whole body, plus a lot of extras that I've yet to explore. I've only been a few times so far, but the staff are helpful, friendly, and the facility seems to be well-kept and not over-crowded, even at what I would think to be a peak time (6:30-7:30pm). I look forward to getting in better shape here!

This was the first gym I had ever joined. This will be the only gym I ever attend. It’s super clean, for all fitness levels, and everybody including the workers are so nice. The atmosphere is wonderful. You also can’t beat the price! Definitely would recommend to anyone of any age or fitness level ❤️

Quiet, clean, small location. Went in on a Tuesday at 8 in the morning, not very busy which was nice and appreciated considering my last experience with a gym that was always packed and busy and overwhelming. Nice atmosphere, staff and reasonable membership prices. Look forward to working out here.

I just joined Good Health Fitness and it was the best “join a gym experience” I’ve ever had. Not only is it by far the most affordable and CLEAN gym I’ve ever joined but the staff was so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the Nicholasville area!

I first joined Good Health Fitness out of need to improve my health, and the facilities have definitely helped me to accomplish my goal. What I didn’t expect out of my gym membership was a place that I find friendship and community. This is an amazing place to exercise as well as recover. They have 3 hydro beds that soothe sore muscles, offer red light therapy for a variety of health benefits and tanning beds for those seeking a bit of winter tan. There’s a large number of various cardio machines like cycles, treadmills and elliptical machines. If you’re in a hurry a 30 minute workout area offers a quick full-body option. If you’re into free weights, there’s a wall of dumbbell options. Wifi is available to stream your favorite show or music while you exercise. To sum it up…the facilities have everything you’d need and offers a non-judgmental, friendly, ALL ARE WELCOME atmosphere to meet all needs.
