If you are tired of not seeing results and want to get strong…..Jody is your girl! As a midlife, perimenopausal woman who came with lots of injuries, she was able to modify and help me not only heal but get stronger. A great come as you are, down to earth community.

Grit Strength has been a life changer for me. I’ve started to go three times a week on my lunch breaks, and it’s been just the habit change that I’ve needed. I have a close, safe space that I can workout in, a myriad of free weights, kettle bells and other equipment, mirrors, a chalkboard wall, and a Bluetooth speaker… not to mention new friends and a positive, supportive exercise community. What more could you ask for? Haha. Unlike big gyms, I feel like I’m part of a family here, and we all are there to support each other. The owner, Jody, is a great trainer that has helped me build a routine to focus on what I want, and to make sure I have proper form. This place is the best. Join the Grit Fam! 👏👏
