Been my home gym for +5 years now and I highly recommend to anybody looking for a long term gym or a quick stop! Has a wide variety of equipment ranging from powerlifting, strongman, CrossFit, general fitness, etc.

Great gym, Great vibes
Has reasonable amount of equipment and varies. One stop shop for all fitness enthusiast (CrossFit equipment, Powerlifting equipment, Strongman equipment, Bodybuilding equipment)
Owners are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and health. Highland fitness also has a certified trainer on staff. Membership pricing is beyond reasonable! Highland also provides affordable memberships for students!

Side note: me and my wife haven’t lived in the state of Kentucky for almost 4 years any time we’re passing by we make it a point to stop by and get a lift in , like I said before it’s a great gym with great vibes! Definitely worth checking out!

Pretty sweet place. Owner replied to my text about joining the following morning, and the transition from planet fitness, using smith machines, to switching to free weights at highland fitness has definitely made me stronger, helping me build more stabilizers and core strength.

If you want to make real progress towards your fitness goals this place is a no brainer. This place is a no frills work house where your goals will be met. A wide variety of different equipment to meet any style of fitness you pursue. It’s also dirt cheap. The 1 critique I have, no traditional style locker rooms with showers. They do have private changing rooms and restrooms.
