I didn’t want a gym, I wanted a great workout…Hitsona is that! I struggled to know what to do…Hitsona instructors guide us!! Although I wanted to improve my strength and flexibility I didn’t have lots of time…Hitsona sessions are 25 minutes each!! Joining Hitsona Bardstown has been a blessing to me and I’ve only just begun!! Come on!!

I am starting my second week at Hitsona. It has been a great experience! Everyone is very helpful and encouraging which is really nice for someone trying to learn the exercises. They offer several classes so I can usually find one that will fit into my schedule. The classes are small so it's welcoming rather than intimidating. The accountability is exactly what I needed! I encourage others to try Hitsona!

I wanted to join a gym but I couldn’t find one that allowed children. I saw a facebook ad for Hitsona and the mention children were welcome. I knew I would sign up just off of that. Then to find out classes are only 25 minutes, it was perfect for me. The groups are small and the coaches are always willing to help. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

I enjoy myself when I am there. The time flies by. But you get alot benefits from it in a short time that you are there. I am so proud of myself, and how much I have gotten from the program in just a week. Tyler is very helpful. I feel like I have support from the team. It is small group setting which I like and not being lost in the program to not just a customer but feel like I am a part of the program.

I started HITSONA in February 2024 being totally out of shape and weak from having knee replacements in 21 & 23. I absolutely love the HITSONA workouts and core sessions. I now feel strength and muscles I hadn’t felt in years. I love being able to attend workouts at varying times during the week depending on my schedule. It’s 25 minutes of good hard work but it’s so worth it. All shapes. All sizes. No mirrors. No judgement. Just encouragement from the coaches and fellow participants. Love my HITSONA and would recommend it to anyone!

I joined Hitsonna before it even opened and have no regrets. I’ve tried many gyms and exercise classes but have stuck with Hitsonna the longest. Having a coach for each session and 25 minute workouts at convenient times and location have been a game changer for me. The Hitsona workout is one of the best I’ve ever tried. The hydraulic resistance machine makes it actually enjoyable( most of the time, LoL) to exercise. The machine allows you to get a full body workout at your own speed, and becomes more challenging the harder/faster you work. The 25 minute HIIT workout and the 25 minute core workout are very doable and effective, even for someone my age…68. The monitoring band allows you to track your peak performance, heart rate and calories burned under the watchful eye and direction of the coach. The coach led classes are adaptable for everyone and never monotonous! I have never felt stronger and healthier! My energy level and strength is better than it has been in a very long time!

Joined a little over a month ago now. This place is more than I thought it could be! Super happy with the decision to make the jump and join! The 25-minute sessions make it easy to commit and the accountability is what I needed. There’s an area for the kids on days they don't have school, and my husband is at work. It’s not a gym, it’s a community. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

I started last week so only two sessions in. It’s different so I felt a little cumbersome on the first session but the second one was much smoother and a chance to do much better. It’s really amazing at how good of a workout it is in only 25 minutes. Holly is great and the team spirit very encouraging. I highly recommend Hitsona.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to get an effective workout in a short time frame. It is great for those with busy schedules. There’s a lot of research that proves High Intensity Interval Training works. What is more enjoyable is the coaches and fellow members. You feel as though you are part of a family. I absolutely love Hitsona. I love the whole concept over other gyms I have been to. There is nothing at all out there that compares. Resistance and interval training is kicking my butt. I feel so much stronger and fit. I love the personal coaching you get. And the best part.. it’s only 25 min. long and you have worked your whole body! Accountability, support, coach led sessions, judgement and criticism free zone and (this especially) family friendly and FAST. These were all things I needed in a “gym” but couldn’t find until Hitsona. I look forward to my sessions every time. Even on the days I’m not feeling it, after that quick 25 minutes I feel accomplished, have newfound energy and sleep better. I’m also seeing results after just one month.
This is coming from a person who had a planet fitness membership for at least two years and never went. Literally never. And just kept paying. Too lazy and embarrassed to cancel my membership.
