About the Club

Holly's Pilates Village is an independent, woman-owned business offering Pilates & Yoga sessions 7 days a week in a 4,000-square foot studio with ample off-street parking. Holly's Pilates Village specializes in helping people recover from injury and illness. Our highly trained teachers expertly design fitness routines for clients who have scoliosis, fibromyalgia, and other challenging conditions. Other specialty programs include Onero for Osteoporosis, Pilates for Neurological Conditions, Bone Strong Pilates & Yoga for Osteoporosis, assisted stretching, and CoreAlign for dynamic movement control and athletic training. We also provide private and duet instruction.

Holly's Pilates Village is my rehab center, having graduated from Physical Therapy to the "next step". Holly's provides the private instruction I need for my personal rehab and therapy program, promoting muscle strength, increased bone density and a social outlet. One of my instructors is focused on scoliosis intervention; while the other focuses on "neuro" exercises; Holly's is a multi-use Pilates studio offering private, semi-private and group classes. Yoga classes also happen there. Highly recommended for general and specialized Pilates therapy. They even work closely with my physical therapist to be sure I get the professional hands-on care that I require. Truly it is a full-service facility. They say "it takes a village"--Holly's is that "Village!"

Holly's Pilates Village is the best. I've been practicing Pilates at Holly's for 5 years. I've been lucky enough to work with many of the instructors. They are all top-notch: well-trained, patient, motivating, highly credentialed, and supportive. Because of their guidance, I have gained strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.
Beyond the instructors, the community at Holly's is special too. It truly feels like a village. I'm grateful to be a part of it.
Oh, I forgot a major selling point. I have overcome severe osteoporosis, which brought me to Holly's initially, and I fully expect to eliminate the remaining osteopenia. I owe all of this to Holly's.

The location is easy to get to, the facility is orderly and clean and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Every time I go I feel like a valued member of the ‘team’. I do not have a life history of gym memberships or group exercise classes of any kind. So making this life change was a difficult one for me, difficult only until I contacted Holly. She put me right at ease and I’ve never looked back. The instructors have taught me so much about how to develop good strong muscles in order to protect my bones. I wish that I had known all of this years ago! I now feel stronger and more confident in any activity that I decide to undertake. I have encouraged many people to take a look at Pilates and Buff Bones. Thank you Pilates Village!

Best pilates studio out there! Holly really knows her stuff, and is very warm and motivating. Classes are small with personal attention. Studio is clean and well maintained with a variety of equipment. Perfect if you are looking to step up your pilates skills or if you are just looking to improve your overall well-being from the wear and tear of life. Highly recommend!

I started working with an apprentice a couple of years ago. I was sure I wasn't doing the work properly because I hadn't really done any kind of workout in YEARS and I'm not particularly well disciplined. The apprentice assured me I was, she could actually see the targeted muscles moving as they should.
When I began working with Holly and other certified instructors I moved to the Pilates Stretch classes. My range of motion quickly improved and my body began working the way it had in my twenties, I a soon to be 58 and not only am I only more flexible, stronger and well balanced but I've also regained two inches in height that had been lost in a lifetime of working on my feet and walking my dog over 15,000 times over 15 years. Standing taller has improved my confidence and people constantly ask me what I've been doing for myself. I tell them about Holly's Pilates Village and how the staff have helped me. I'm a lifetime Pilates guy now. I have also started doing some Yoga practice and TRX on Saturday mornings building strength and balance

I recently went to Holly’s Pilates Village for my first yoga class there. The facility is brand new and the yoga space is very restful. Since I haven’t been to yoga for a couple years, it was helpful to have such great individual attention. Holly is an excellent instructor with vast experience in both Pilates and yoga. I love the yoga classes here. As a runner I have imbalances in my lower body and Holly’s Yin yoga class has really helped me open up the spots that are tight or feel stuck. Yin yoga has helped me increase the flexibility in my shoulders, hips and back while reducing aches and pains in my body.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to work out. I love the space and the equipment is brand new. The instructors are so pleasant without being annoying. They are accommodating and the owner is awesome! It feels so nice when you're there. I prefer the yoga class, but they have a variety of options (pilates, buff bones, nia just to name a few). I highly recommend taking classes at Holly's Pilates.

Pilates Village is my happy place. Both the individual instruction and the group classes always target the entire body. My personal benefit with private instruction is the attention the instructor can direct to my target problem area(s).
