I am so thankful one of my friends encouraged me to try Hot Yoga! It has helped me in so many ways! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating to your yoga level. I highly recommend this hot yoga studio to anyone!

Planned my entire day around it. Got lost and showed up 3 minutes late and the doors were locked. I’ve been to many yoga classes where people came in a few minutes late and it was never disturbing. I’m so irritated I won’t come back. I planned to do 5 days a week but it will not be here!

Balance your mind, body, and soul with Andrea, Tyler, Sam, and all the instructors at Hot Yoga 🩷The benefits are endless but include flexibility, balance, core strength, focus, peace, and presence. Having had my left knee replaced six months ago, I am especially thankful for the strength, flexibility and extension achieved at Hot Yoga! Added bonus: I would eat off the floor! Its clean and sanitary!

Don’t purchase gift certificates or anything else for that matter from this poor excuse of a business, they may or may not let you use them depending on what mood the owner is in that day. I used to come to classes pretty frequently, found a gift certificate that got put in storage on accident and decided to get back into it. Upon arrival, the owner happily (and I do mean happily) denied my gift certificate even though there was no expiration date on it, she never even apologized and just said “so, cash or card?”

I then had to run out to my car to gather payment and the experience ruined my entire practice. I can’t imagine why someone would be so pleased to deny a use of a gift someone received to use at your business. She simply didn’t want to redeem the $100 gift certificate, and she didn’t. Some call that greed, and that’s exactly what this was. No thank you, no enjoy your class, just cold, unemotional mannerisms and her money grubbing hands taking from mine and giving to herself. I know the previous owners of Hot Yoga and absolutely adore them, but the individual running the business now is rude, unfeeling and unprofessional. I have heard from several other small business owners and they ALL stated that gift certificates are always valid, no expiration date. I paid for the class yesterday because a friend of mine was instructing and another was attending, but I will never, ever be back.

I moved to Bowling Green almost 4 years ago from Miami. I practice yoga regularly and I never thought I could find a place like the one I use to go to back home. After covid I had a baby and when I was ready I decided to start Hot Yoga and I am so glad I did. It only took one time and I was already being called by my name with a great greeting every time I’ll get there. I loved the classes so much I keep coming back twice a week. The instructors are great they are all different which makes it very special. Thank y’ll for making me feel like Home <3.Namaste!

Ownership changed and though I have passes I purchased, I am no longer able to use them. I never received a call back to tell me whether or not I could use them. They expired during the Covid crazy and between moving and life during 2020, I missed out. I was going to purchase a membership or at the very least purchase passes if I liked the studio and teachers, but honestly I will just stick with pilates. Very sad.

Hot yoga is like therapy for me. It’s always spotless, smells good, and very relaxing along with an intense workout. I haven’t found anything else that makes me feel as good as hot yoga does! Tony and Anice are wonderful people!

I highly recommend Hot Yoga in Bowling Green, KY! I have been going there since they've been opened and it continues to be a refreshing, challenging, energizing, calming, and invigorating experience each time. You will not find people more knowlegable about yoga practices than the Owners (Yoga Mama and Yoga Daddy)! Every posture can be as lax or as challenging as you make it, including Mountain pose and Savasana. I learn something new with each class! If you are a beginning Yogi or you would like to try yoga in a new way, Hot Yoga of Bowling Green will not disappoint!

Hot Yoga Bowling Green was the first place I ever started practicing yoga and I absolutely loved it and still do. If it weren’t for me moving to Nashville, I would still be a member for sure. Any time that I am in town, I always make it a point to go see my OG hot yoga fam :)

Powerful. Clean. Safe. Loving. Respectful. Hot Yoga Bowling Green is one of the most important places in the world to me. I had always been too scared to take the first class and found any excuse. At Christmas when I received a gift certificate I held on for a while still scared, but I met the owners Tony and Anice one day in public and they were such kind and friendly people that I knew I had to try.

I went to a restorative yoga class for my first time and it felt like every fear I had ever had was able to melt away. I have a high stress job and consistently overexert myself in other gym workouts and this was a healing experience. My first week I came at least once a day for a whole week trying every style of class.

There is something for every yogi and especially people that don’t do yoga you can walk in and feel welcome no matter what level you’re at.

You can book classes on MINDBODY app, you can clean rent towels and mats if you’re visiting from out of town, and there is water and sports drink on site for purchase should you forget or need more. They think of everything including excellent yoga accessories and gear.

Come for the healing heat, stay for the connections to your spirit and the community that have been built. Namaste!

Hot Yoga BG is my little “peace of heaven”. It is a place where I can lay it on all the mat and completely recharge; all at the same time. I’ve been teaching and taking classes at HYBG since 2011 and it is by far, the best yoga studio I’ve ever practiced in. Clean, energizing, spacious, safe, peaceful and most of all - FUN!! Tony and Anice are two of my favorite people!! Check them out!! Xoxo - KWK

Great atmosphere, even greater owners. The teachers will push you to your limit, but will at the same time help you understand how much your body can take. Class sizes can range from a few people to up to 60! You truly feel a part of the studio when you go. Be sure to read the directions online before going!
